CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 02/05/2026Good choice and you are sooo right about the meaning of it all. A life-changing and life-making album. Nothing is like #Disintegration The best album @thecure.com ever recorded. @robert.thecure.com is a genius already because of the fact to put his vision of the band on this remarkable record. THX 110
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 02/05/2026I want to say a deep-hearted thank you to #DaveMAllen, @robert.thecure.com, #RogerODonnell, #SimonGallup, #BorisWilliams, #PearlThompson for the life-changing gift in my life. Nothing ever moved me in music like these twelve songs, recorded in 1988/ 1989 And it will be always like this @thecure.com 050
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 02/05/2026#TheCure #Disintegration 37 years ago today, "Disintegration" was released. There isn’t enough space here to describe just how much this album has shaped, influenced & changed my life. It will always be home to my favourite song, & is probably one of the best of all time. @thecure.com 060

CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 22/04/2026One of my all-time favourite Cure sticky poppy good vibes songs. See myself in 96 in Gran Canaria with 2 drinks in my hand and one in my pocket of my pants dancing while i am dreaming wildly pinky sticky dreams. With this song the happy hour never stops.🍹 010

Reposted by CKoneEnglishRoses🕷 @englishroses.bsky.social · 18/04/2026And I'm going to add one: 4. Somehow, this version with its rhythm and lovely guitar sounds like the waves gently spilling onto the beach and drawing back Sorry, as you know, I know so little about how music is made. 121
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 18/04/2026I can explain in 3 steps easily why: 1. Jupiter crash is a 12-string tune 2. Simons bass sound that time was so much better!!! 3. Perry was the much better Cure guitarist with the feeling you need for Roberts compositions. That's it. 120
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 18/04/2026This is the most beautiful version ever.... This is for you. youtu.be/QyPvdilEnug?...youtu.beThe Cure - Adrenaline Club London - Jupiter crashYouTube video by drewsboo 240

CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 17/04/2026I love this song. My no.1 before Pink Rabbits came out....so beautiful.... It put an emocean on me....when i tried to cross a river. 110
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 17/04/2026Oh I did it with waving goodbyes but...after a while (2 years maybe) i came back. Because it is a more lively place and i don't care about politic opinions. That's it. 110
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 16/04/2026Agreed. I didn't recognise my own band that time. I thought Robert wanted to kick me out of the train. There's only one good thing in The 13th...this is the B-side. The video clip makes me.....pfff 110
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 16/04/2026To be honest i went already back to Twitter....because here is no The Cure traffic. Not at all. This is 95% why i'm doing all this... I am not feeling bad about it. So you are welcome there. And i saw you ;) 110
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 16/04/2026#ArtistFave15 #MusicChallenge #TheNational #Trilogy #PeterKatis #Dessners #MattBerninger Between the years 2007 & 2013 one of the best trilogies in music ever was recorded by Matt, Bryan, Scott, Bryce & Aaron from New York. CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 15/04/2026Thanks. So kind of you. Nice compliment. How do you think about the lyrics? It's about a separation you know. PS: under the name The Fateful Dimensions we did it kinda hommage to The Cure. Please listen. Because i put everything into this i love on this band. Unfortunately Robert isn't the singer. 110
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 15/04/20262019:Madrugada came on tour under the name of Industrial Silence. I can tell you after missing them for the original tour i saw them in the Docks in Hamburg. They played the entire album plus encore hits & classics. Beside The Cure one of the best concerts in my life. 2022 we saw them again. Great! 010
CKone @ckcure.bsky.social · 15/04/2026#ArtistFave15 #Madrugada I was working in a kinda record store for 15 years and whenever we put this record to present it loudly to the customers the record was sold before Sivert ever finished the 1st line of this beautiful track. It was always like this. We were world leaders in selling IS on CD!! 020
