3. The blur effect follows no skin contours. You should see wrinkling align with skin folds. 4. Really? Those are real knuckle tats?

As a pro, this is embarrassing. 1. Letters aligned with screen and straight up/down. Per-knuckle tattoos are done with artist looking at 1 knuckle at a time. 2. The blue "discoloration" is darker than in the picture. If same vintage as the other tats, letters would be lighter.

I see the issues on PBMs, but they and other industries thrive on lack of transparency. Patents allow some public view, but several are not made since lawless people think it is for the communist-style "public good". If pharma took only 100% profit versus 10000%, I could be fine with that.

I disagree. He is annoying with some of his political stances, how he forced Twitter staff to try to tread water, and lost nearly $20b in valuation. Still, he took 3 big swings and hit. PayPal, Tesla, and SpaceX/Starlink. If we could keep the engineer and lose the PAC, we would...

Oil companies knew this would happen in the 70s. Tobacco companies knew about lung cancer. What do processed food makers know???

All lives matter. So why not care about 4x more deaths by police in some of those "all lives"?? I watched Santa Camp and loved the trans Santa and black Santa, and Spinabifida(sp?) Santa. Beautiful piece! #max

I've seen amazing progress in my corporate structure that I think can work on a federal scale. I can talk to a silo outside of mine. Tell me where else that is true in a >18000 person organization?

Mental processing of unseen imagery is still a form of reading. I'm doing LOTR for first time with my 11yo at 49 because the book was intimidating to me. He doesn't understand abstract imagery as part of his autism and can't read dense blocks of text, but can understand my voice 3 pages at a time.

Someone once wrote "We never needed them before". True, so why do we have the 22nd and 25th amendments, and doors taller than 7'? People lived longer and grew taller. Someone living today will live to be 150.

Singin In The Rain was incredible the first time I saw it. It gave me hope for all the other older titles on AFIs list. Ben Hur 1954, Casablanca, Gone with the Wind. I knew I could enjoy them because of loving the cast of that film.

Privatizing retirement savings is about moving money out of the US investment market. Large caps are built around building a non-US market these days. Labor and consumer.

CJPlay @cjplay.bsky.social · 08/12/2024

Privatizing government services. Name one, not NASA, that makes you not afraid. Try this, have a frank process conversation with the employees of those departments, and see if they come up with a better way. I'll not be surprised to hear "well noone asked me before."

All High Schools and Middles should have esports teams. Game studios need to make "throttle specs" so that we can make the hardware affordable, but level, versus people with 4 GPUs running smooth 144hz VRR systems.

The admin costs of the health insurances versus Medicare/aid is still the jaw dropper for me. Per dollar spent, nearly 40 cents goes to admin costs at UHC. Feds? 2 cents. One of the few things feds do better than private.

It's easy to be a good man. Keep your word. Don't start with some form of violence. Hugs is not a negative 4-letter word... Care. Nurture is not a "women-only" thing. "Mentor" is an everyone thing. Humanity is a team sport.
