Ours was only 2 pounds for three of us - and the person who “didn’t like” lamb ate the most. No leftovers. Next time more courage with the salt. There were no home ec classes because to save money Florida post 2006cut all but 1 elective. I learned how to cook in middle school and I’m forever grateful to the two wonderful teachers I had. 010
