At my local Chinese market, someone cut the pork belly the wrong way so they did a blowout sale on strips of the pork belly at 2.60 a pound. So I had .7 lb of pork belly, worked it, and I never been so thankful for someone else's mistake. Two bucks for two servings is crazy. Here's the leftovers.
