Charles Hamilton Houston, born #OTD in 1895, was “the man who killed Jim Crow.” He helped dismantle segregation through decades of legal battles, laying the groundwork for Brown v. Board of Education. #TheMarchContinues

#OTD we honor Freddie Gray Jr. on his birthday. He should still be here. We continue to fight for justice and accountability in his name. During a police van ride, Freddie sustained the severe injuries that led to his death. He was only 25 years old. #TheMarchContinues

Join us tomorrow at the #CivilRights Memorial Center for a free day in honor of the late Congressman John Lewis ✊. We join our allies across the U.S. who are hosting rallies, teach-ins, vigils and more to demand that Congress fight back and protect our #FreedomToVote. #GoodTroubleLivesOn
