Rep. Travis Corcoran (R), one of the most extreme far right members of the NH State House, attacked me because I told my story of being the kid of immigrants.

Corcoran had his guns taken away after he endorsed the shooting of Rep. Gabby Gifford in 2011, he proudly calls for using the n-word and homophobic slurs, and recently called for a jewish lawmaker to face the “final solution.” When I got death threats by the far right, he cheered that on. This is what we are up against.

So when Corcoran came at me I pushed back. Now the crybabies on the right are calling me a “cyberbully” for it:[Travis4nh:

Christian brags on his website urrutiafornh.com/about/ about how one of the things he's proudest of is going after an immigrant who had been an officer in Chile of a unit that had, 50 years before, killed a communist. The American was deported and jailed]

[Travis4nh:

2/

While I am in favor of denaturalizing, deporting and jailing immigrants, I find it noteworthy that the only time Christian seems to support this is when the immigrant is an anti-communist patriot who helped defend Christian western society from totalitarianism.]

[Christian Urrutia, Democrat for Congress ...:

You are the lowest form of politician. You threaten Jews with anti-Semitic remarks, you call for them to face the "final solution," you plainly know little to nothing of history or what you speak of, and lionize a human rights abuser, torturer, and murderer because you want to be "provocative." You bring shame to the body you serve and amount to little. #nhpolitics]

[MAGAMIKE:

You are a cyberbully, go and cry more @urrutiafornh]

My “cyberbullying” of far-right extremist Rep. Travis CorcoranThe person Corcoran references who I had deported was the far-right murderer of Victor Jara, a wildly popular and beloved Chilean folk singer who held left wing views.

When the fascist Pinochet Government took control in 1973 via a Jan. 6 style coup: Jara was abducted, tortured in front of a packed soccer stadium, and executed with his body later publicly displayed to serve as an example.

As a human rights lawyer I was hired pro bono to track down and bring his killer to justice in a court of law. After more than a year of tracking down leads, we found him hiding out in the US where he had become a citizen and assumed a quiet new life (built on lies) running a pizzeria outside of Orlando, Florida.

In court, we were able to have him stripped of his citizenship and deported back to Chile to face justice for war crimes. Now he is facing justice in Chile, and should spend the rest of his life in a Chilean jail cell.

MAGA crybabies can whine and cry “cyberbully” all they want. I’m proud of what I did and if that makes them mad, good. I am running to end their movement and ensure that MAGA also faces justice for their crimes.

My background and the threat I pose to MAGA (I am poised to ensure open seat NH-01 stays blue) have put a massive target on my back — the NRCC has been attacking me since day one, Nazis stormed a rally of mine, and last month leaders of New Hampshire’s far-right called for my public hanging. This is the fight of all of our lives. I’m glad to have you fighting alongside me.

I recently had the chance to chat with Jon Lovett on Pod Save America, and I want to share what I told him with you.

When MAGA Republicans pull crazy stunts or lash out in an attempt to get on Fox News or in your social media feeds, they’re doing it because they’re addicted to the high of going viral.

When we refuse to react — refuse to give them the attention they’re seeking — we can deny them that high and keep the focus on the real work that Congress is supposed to be doing. When I first came to Congress last year, MAGA Republicans tried their hardest to get a reaction out of me by targeting me over my identity.

Instead of giving them the attention they were seeking, I did what my neighbors in Delaware elected me to do. I stayed focused on improving the lives of working families up and down our state.

Now, a little over a year later, I’ve introduced more pieces of bipartisan legislation than any other freshman Member of Congress. It may not get the kind of viral attention that MAGA Republicans are seeking, but that’s how we get real work done.

And I know there’s such potential to do more good if we can take back the House this November. But I’m counting on your support to do it — starting with defending my seat.

If you’re with me, will you donate $5 or any amount today to support my campaign and help me keep up the work I’m doing in Congress?

Let's go back to 2024 for a moment.

Young voters were told that Trump was the “anti-war” candidate. That he would be the “pro-peace president” to end pointless wars, not start them.

They were told that Kamala Harris and the rest of the Democratic Party were the ones that would drag this country into conflict.

Some Gen Z voters didn’t buy it. But a lot of them did.

And now?

They’re watching headline after headline about Trump’s illegal war in Iran. They’re seeing news of the new automatic draft registration. And they’re hearing talks of escalation, intervention, and “strength” that sound a lot like the same endless wars they grew up watching on TV.

They’re stuck wondering if the vision they were sold is all a lie. Hint: It was.

That’s the opportunity in front of us right now.

Because this is where movements are built. When young voters realize they’ve been betrayed by the people who are supposed to represent their values, they go looking for something better.

And young voters are paying attention. They’re looking for honesty, courage, and moral integrity. Something they’re not going to find in the Republican Party or establishment Democrats. But we can meet them in this moment by supporting candidates who will fight for a future where young people aren’t treated as expendable. Where their lives aren’t bargaining chips. Where “peace” isn’t just an empty campaign promise.

That’s exactly what Leaders We Deserve was built to do. We’re backing young, courageous leaders who actually mean what they say. They’re not funded by the same special interests that make money every time a bomb is dropped. Just like Leaders We Deserve, their work is sustained by grassroots supporters like you stepping up to have their backs.

The moment to turn these betrayed young voters and their anti-war sentiments into a mandate for change, into a voting bloc for a Democratic Party with an actual backbone, is right now.

Will you pitch in $5 to help Leaders We Deserve continue backing bold, fearless candidates that actually give this generation something worth fighting for?

As I walked out on stage during our campus rallies, 2Pac's "Changes" played out of the speakers.

There’s a reason why I chose that song, and I want to share that with you. It’s this part of the song that really resonated with me:

"And still I see no changes, can't a brother get a little peace? / It's war on the streets and the war in the Middle East / Instead of war on Poverty…"

2Pac wrote that in 1992. Over thirty years later, we're still dealing with the same issues:

- An illegal war with Iran that has already wasted billions of taxpayer dollars

- Poverty that continues to be overlooked by those in power

- Politicians who talk tough and deliver nothing
Those lyrics really speak to the contradiction we’re living in.

That in the richest country in the world, it shouldn’t be this hard to afford healthcare, to feel safe in your community, or to believe your government is working for you. It shouldn’t be this hard. And the people blocking us from achieving real, positive change are the same corporate-funded politicians who've been in power for decades — the ones taking checks from the same corporate PACs, serving the same MAGA billionaire donors, and delivering the same nothing.

That’s why I’m running — to pass Medicare for All, end illegal wars, and build a government that actually works for working people. I just need your help to get to the U.S. Senate.

Chip in whatever you can to fuel our campaign. Every dollar goes directly to reaching voters across Michigan and making sure this movement has the resources to win.

I chose that song because it tells the truth. Now, we have to do something about it.

By now, we all know “Democratic” Senator John Fetterman is a fraud. In 2022, he ran for Senate as a “progressive” and aligned himself with Bernie Sanders.

Now? He’s constantly on Fox News, praising Donald Trump, justifying Israel’s genocide in Gaza, and voting with Republicans. He even spoke at the RNC convention!

Case in point: Last week, Fetterman was once again the lone Democrat to cast the deciding vote against the war powers resolution that would have ended the costly and unnecessary war in Iran.

This AIPAC stooge is standing in the way of his own party’s agenda and his constituents’ wishes. But instead of punishing or criticizing him for it, establishment Dem leaders like Sen. Chuck Schumer are defending him while continuing to attack leftists like Hasan Piker:NewsWire:

Schumer Defends Fetterman After GOP Convention Appearance: "I'm

Greg Abbott is making one thing very clear heading into the midterms: If you’re a billionaire, Texas is open for business.

To Elon Musk — the world’s richest man — Abbott is giving away massive corporate projects, fast-tracked approvals, and sweetheart deals.

[San Antonio Express News:

Greg Abbott leans into his ties to Elon
Musk. What will it mean for the
midterms?]

But for everyone else in Texas, the story looks a lot different.Rent is up. Child care is up. Grocery bills keep climbing. And while families tighten their budgets, the biggest corporations and wealthiest donors keep getting special treatment from the people running this state.

Abbott calls it “pro-growth.” Texans are starting to call it what it is: rigged.

And now that Musk and other billionaire megadonors are increasingly active in Texas politics, the stakes are getting even higher: More money, more influence, and more power concentrated at the very top.

Here’s the truth Republicans don’t want to say out loud: When billionaires are this close to the governor’s office, working people stop being the priority.

Texas Majority PAC is organizing to change that — to build a Texas where power doesn’t just flow upward, and where the people who keep this state running actually get a fair shot. But we’re up against a system that is already well-funded, well-connected, and getting louder by the day. If we’re going to compete, we have to start now. Chip in today and help us take on the billionaire agenda reshaping Texas politics — because Texas shouldn’t be for sale, no matter how much money is on the table.

Every U.S. bomb that falls on Iran puts money in someone’s pocket. And you deserve to know who.

Because the rot in our democracy goes much deeper than Trump.

The congressional members responsible for authorizing hundreds of billions of dollars in military spending every single year are personally invested in the companies making the bombs that tear countries apart.

If you’re as furious about that as I am, pitch in $5 right now.

[Donate $5 »]

Campaign finance records show that members of the Armed Services Committee are some of the top recipients of weapons industry donations. Corporations like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon are funneling money directly to the representatives that control their contracts. Some congressmembers, or their families, own stock in those same companies.

Since the start of the year, Lockheed Martin stock is up 25%. Northrop Grumman is up 20%. That’s because the weapons industry doesn’t just survive the chaos. It thrives in it. And some members of Congress have made sure they’re along for the ride.Sen. John Hickenlooper holds anywhere between $100,000 and $250,000 worth of stock in RTX, the weapons megacorporation formerly known as Raytheon. Sen. Susan Collins’ husband holds stock in Boeing and RTX. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito holds Lockheed Martin stock.

The very people who get to decide if we go to war or not, greenlight a new weapons program, or increase an already massively bloated defense budget, could be simultaneously voting to increase the value of their own portfolio.

They should not have financial conflicts of interest in how those decisions get made, and it should be illegal for companies that stand to profit the most from war to fund our politicians' campaigns. We’re talking about the people voting on where your tax dollars will go — and lining their pockets in the process.

That is the antithesis of public service, and a violation of our democracy so egregious it should be front page news every single day.

And yet, here we are.

This is exactly the kind of corrupt, broken system that Leaders We Deserve was built to fight against — by electing leaders who refuse to treat working people like pawns on a chessboard. Leaders who won’t take money from the very corporations that stand to make trillions from endless war. Who don’t own stock in the industries they are supposed to regulate. Who show up every single day to protect their communities, not defense contractors. This is the fight. Not just beating Republicans up and down the ballot in the midterms, but building a Democratic Party that has a backbone. Leaders who will fight back against corporate power, the billionaire class, and every other special interest who thinks they can buy their way into our democracy — without flinching.

And we’re the ones who are going to build that.

Will you pitch in $5 today to help Leaders We Deserve continue backing young, fearless progressives who will put power back into the hands of working people?

It was 2008.

George W. Bush had marched America into a disastrous war in Iraq and abandoned New Orleans to drown during Hurricane Katrina.

The country was furious. And Democrats made a bet.

Contest everywhere. Concede nothing. Run candidates in deep red states, purple districts, places the party hadn’t fought for in years. The 50 State Strategy.

In Louisiana, incumbent Democratic Senator Mary Landrieu wasn’t supposed to survive. The state was trending red. The math looked brutal. But the backlash against Bush’s failed presidency was real, Democrats organized everywhere, and when the votes were counted—she won by 6 points.

She held that seat until 2015. The last Democrat Louisiana sent to the U.S. Senate.

[AXIOS:

DNC unveils new 50-state strategy: "Organize everywhere"]Now it’s 2026.

Trump has run the economy into the ground. His Iran War has turned into a global catastrophe. His approval rating is now worse than Nixon’s at the height of Watergate.

Democrats are winning special elections in deep red districts. Polls are even shifting blue in states like Florida and Texas.

We’ve seen this before. It’s 2008 all over again.

[The Washington Post:

As Iran war drags on, midterm forecasts for Republicans get even worse

The GOP was already bracing for a tough election, but with the ceasefire in doubt, gas prices are likely to stay high, and voters' economic outlook is dismal.]Jamie Davis is a family farmer and proud Democrat from Louisiana running for U.S. Senate. He isn't a DC insider. He isn't a party machine candidate. He's the kind of person who runs when the moment demands it.

And this moment? It demands it.

Jamie has a real shot at making history — at becoming the first Democrat Louisiana has sent to the Senate in over a decade.

But only if Democrats nationwide decide this race is worth fighting.

We're not waiting for the "safe" seats. We're running the 50 State Strategy again, contesting MAGA on their own turf, forcing them to spend resources they can't afford to lose, and sending a message that no seat is untouchable.

A win in Louisiana doesn't just flip one seat. It shocks MAGA in their own backyard. It flips the Senate. And it sends a message to Trump that nowhere is safe.MAGA thinks Louisiana is untouchable. Let's show them how wrong they are.

AIPAC continues to spend millions of dollars in Democratic primaries to take down progressive candidates. Just like they tried to do to me. Just like they did to my sister.

[AIPAC accused of covert campaigning as Democratic support falters
Democrats in Illinois say the American Israel Public Affairs Committee is meddling in their races.]

They disguise their strong armed influence through PACs with generic names and target progressive leaders who dare to actually do their jobs. AIPAC is exploiting campaign finance loopholes while doing everything they can do to drown out progressive voices. That’s why it’s so critical our people-powered movement has the resources necessary to fight back against these attacks. We don’t have to match them dollar for dollar, but we do need the resources to respond, stay competitive, and keep progressive campaigns on track so they can focus on winning and standing up for their communities.

If you want to help, will you pitch in $3 or any amount today to help me fight back against AIPAC and the far-right billionaires who want to take our movement down?

[Contribute $3]

Even this year, we’ve already seen the kind of damage AIPAC can do. They dumped $22 million into four primary races in Illinois, and won half of them. They then came at me directly:

[AIPAC:

Where Jayapal & Casar make the case to demonize and discriminate against pro-Israel Americans.

Millions of AIPAC members are Democrats who will not be silenced.

Is there any other group of Democrats being singled out and attacked for their beliefs, or just the pro-Israel ones?

{Punchbowl News @PunchbowINews:

Progressives are hailing Daniel Biss' win in Illinois' 9th District primary as a blueprint for how the left can prevail against an avalanche of AIPAC funding in open seats.

@maxpcohen has the details:
punchbowl.news/article/campai ...}]

It’s clear that no progressive candidate is safe from their massive warchest. That they are willing to weaponize their slush fund against our democracy. But listen — I've faced this before, and I’m not about to back down now. I’ve been an AIPAC target for years. They spent millions trying to defeat progressives like me, my sister, and others who refuse to be bought.

When that kind of money crashes into a race, it distorts the entire election. It buries people-powered campaigns under an avalanche of attack ads, and forces candidates to spend time defending themselves instead of focusing on the issues that working people really care about.

We can’t stand by while AIPAC tries to dictate the primaries. The billionaire donors fueling them are the same ones who bankrolled Trump’s return to office, and they have no business deciding which candidates Democrats nominate in our primaries.

That’s why I’m asking you to pitch in $3 or whatever you can today to help me fight back and send a message to AIPAC loud and clear: Our democracy is not for sale.

[Contribute $3]

Together, we can make sure the people — not right-wing billionaires — have the power to pick our leadership.

I'll be honest with you. It’s exhausting demanding a Congress that truly represents the people.

I've spent years having to beg my colleagues to do the right thing:

❌ Don't take money from corporations that are poisoning our neighborhoods.
❌ Don't fund wars that are killing innocent people.
❌ Don't vote to keep Big Pharma price-gouging your constituents.

And I'm tired of it.

That's why I'm going all in for Abdul El-Sayed for U.S. Senate — and why I'm asking you to join me by splitting a donation to our campaigns.

I grew up in Southwest Detroit. I know what it means to have corporate polluters dumping in your backyard while politicians look the other way. I know what it's like to worry about ICE in your neighborhood, and go to school where the ceiling tiles are falling.

Abdul also knows about everyday people’s struggles, and he did something about it:

✅ He provided free glasses for thousands of kids in Wayne County.
✅ He cancelled $700 million in medical debt for 300,000 Michiganders.
✅ He didn't just talk about corporate greed. He fought it directly and won.In the U.S. Senate, Abdul will keep fighting for the people and winning. And I won't have to babysit him. I won't have to check him on his vote. I won't have to wonder whether he's going to act against our best interests because some corporate PAC wrote him a check.

Abdul isn't taking a dime from corporate PACs. He’s the only candidate in this race who never has and never will. That means when he gets to the Senate, he answers to us — not corporations.

That also means he’s up against the full weight of the establishment and outside groups who will spend whatever it takes to stop him.

They've already made it clear they'll spend millions to take out candidates like Abdul, so now, we have to have his back.

This race is winnable. Abdul is polling near the top of this primary. But whether we get him across the finish line comes down to grassroots support — people like you, right now, showing up.Thank you. Let’s go all in for Abdul and for the better world we can build together!

Gay Democratic candidate REFUSES to be shamed out of the race by GOP hysteria

Chris Gallant for Congress: New York Democratic House candidate Chris Gallant is an Army veteran and helicopter pilot. As a young man, he also did modeling for a BDSM fetish website. Republicans have discovered the pictures and are trying to shame him out of the race for his personal choices — but he won’t be cowed.

"The establishment is clinging to power, mudslinging as a means of skirting accountability at the ballot box. Look, I am very proud of who I am, and I won't be shamed into silence, and I won't allow my private life to be distorted and weaponized against me!" Gallant said in response to the Rupert Murdoch-owned NY Post’s hit piece on him.

There are elections throughout New York, up and down the ballot, that will decide whether Democrats take back the House and elect leaders who will fight for working people throughout our state.

That’s why last week Alexandria decided to direct $300,000 from her campaign to the New York State coordinated campaign.

The funds have been earmarked for voter organizing efforts with half going to Spanish-language outreach. This campaign is all about investing in community organizing and building coalitions in communities that are too often overlooked or taken for granted because how we win matters.

Alexandria didn't make this decision lightly. Grassroots supporters like you have given us every dollar our campaign has and we value the trust you’ve placed with this campaign. Here are some of the things supporters have shared with us:

“I trust AOC to fight hard for good policy and I like that the fundraising feels honest, direct, non-alarmist or gimmicky.”

“I want to make sure her voice is heard and she is able to continue to support like-minded candidates across the country.”

“My solution was to give as much money as I could to AOC and let her decide if she didn’t absolutely need it, she could funnel it to someone who needs it more.”Alexandria is mobilizing resources to win the midterms and take back the majority so we can make progress on issues like Medicare for All, universal childcare, a living wage, and so much more.

Alexandria will be heading to Buffalo, Syracuse, and Ithaca in the coming days to build coalitions that will elect Democrats up and down the ballot who will fight alongside her for the better future we all deserve.

And New York is just the start. Our goal is to travel to more places before Election Day to support candidates such as Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan and Angie Nixon in Florida to deliver a majority in the House and the Senate in November.

Organizing to win across the country takes serious financial resources. Will you chip in $5 today to help Alexandria keep hitting the road and putting resources where they're needed most?

I am the Democrat running to defeat MAGA leader Steve Scalise, a man who once compared himself to KKK leader David Duke, saying he was “like David Duke but without the baggage.”

Scalise’s leadership is so toxic and such a threat to the values we share that I didn’t have to be convinced to turn my life upside down and run for Congress this year—I was eager to suit up and fight back.

So to stay competitive, I am forgoing teaching this fall school year. I don’t want to do this, but taking this time to focus 100% on the campaign is necessary to win.

Don’t get me wrong: candidates absolutely should have skin in the game. We must invest in ourselves and put all of our own effort before asking others to do so.

But — it’s a truth we all recognize, that our campaign finance system is a broken, corrupt mess. And just like the downward spiral facing public education, we can fix it if we elect better people to office. I want to fight for us. I want to reform education, scrub campaigns clean from dirty money, and take down the MAGA bigotry and division that hold us back. All signs are pointing to HUGE upsets and gains for Democrats this year.

What is left now is the will to go on offense and take the fight directly to MAGA loyalists like Steve Scalise who have done incalculable damage to our society. Will you support a public school teacher and community advocate (me!) and help fight to win this important race? This cause is too important to ever give up, despite the many challenges and obstacles facing working people who can’t self-fund to the tune of millions of dollars.

Thank you for believing in me, in our future, and in a better America for everyone.

Trump just pledged to send every American $5,000 after the midterms if Republicans maintain control of the House and Senate. Yes, you heard that right. An American President just offered a bribe to voters in order to keep his grip on power.

[Trump, hoping to salvage midterms,
makes a dubious pledge to give every
US adult $5,000 if GOP wins]

Let’s get one thing straight first: We all know this $5,000 check is total BS. It's not happening. There's no bill. No one on Capitol Hill is even working on it. It's a trillion-dollar campaign ad (and a desperate one at that) and he's praying the American people will fall for it.

All we need to ask ourselves is, why is Trump doing this now? Because Republicans are watching people like Zohran Mamdani win by actually delivering – free buses, frozen rent, real fights for working people. That's popular. Republicans have nothing like it. They know their policies are the reason why working people are struggling so much. So instead of a solution, they're offering a bribe. Here at Leaders We Deserve, we understand this simple but powerful truth: when leaders actually fight for people, you don't need to bribe anyone. You win because you earned it. That’s the kind of leadership that our slate of LWD-endorsed candidates are fighting for every day. And that’s exactly why we’re investing in the top red-to-blue races all across the country right now.

I was born in Somalia at the start of a brutal civil war. My mother died when I was just two. My family fled the country and spent four long years living in a refugee camp in Kenya.

When we were eventually granted asylum in America, we didn’t have a penny to our name. It wasn’t easy to get by, and it became clear that my father’s minimum wage paycheck wasn’t going to be enough.

I started off cleaning office buildings, and throughout high school and college, worked as a cashier, security guard, educator, and policy analyst to make ends meet.

Throughout my life, I faced harassment for my religion, my hijab, my race, my accent – you name it. But I found my home and my community in Minneapolis. In 2018, I ran for Congress and, along with Rashida Tlaib, became the first Muslim woman to serve in this historic body.

Donald Trump wouldn’t have lasted a minute in my shoes.

Trump is the definition of privileged. He was born into wealth and was handed the best education and experience in his industry that money could buy. He was still a massive failure who bankrupted businesses and made a laughingstock of his family name.

My story taught me the value of hard work. It taught me the promise of the American dream. It taught me to have compassion for those in tough situations. It taught me the importance of loving your neighbor, not hating them. These are things Trump couldn’t possibly understand.Dr. King famously said: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

Yes, Trump is a vile, hate-filled individual who is driving our nation to the brink of chaos and letting billionaires pick our pockets. He can lie about me and inspire crazy people to threaten and try to attack me.

But I will not stop fighting, joyfully, for my fellow neighbors. I will not stop loving America and dreaming of a future where everyone has the healthcare, housing, education, safety, and affordable life that they deserve.

Days ago, the Maryland Supreme Court allowed a constitutional amendment to enable new Congressional redistricting to go on the ballot this November.

If passed, Maryland can pass NEW lines to FIGHT BACK against MAGA gerrymanders in red states.

Nonpartisan analysts are clear: Democrats have gotten destroyed in this year’s redistricting wars. MAGA Republicans have passed rigged maps in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, and more.

We’re Colorado Draws the Line, spearheading an effort to pass new maps in the Centennial State.

We’ll need to do the same thing Maryland has done – put a new Constitutional amendment to enable a balancing redraw on the ballot.

To turn the tide in the redistricting wars, we need to fight in every state we can. Thanks for your support,

Trump’s unprecedented “midterm convention” just wrapped up and it was one of the most sad, pathetic, and dark political events in recent history.

Here are just some of the highlights of the event:

There were tens of thousands of empty seats in the arena.

Trump tried to bribe voters by promising $5,000 checks for every American if MAGA wins this November.

During a speech by Ted Cruz, an audience member shouted “he should be shot” three times at the mention of Zohran Mamdani, James Talarico, and Abdul El-Sayed. Ted Cruz refused to condemn it.

JD Vance said in his speech: “Because Democrats have become such a nightmare, we can never, will never let them win.”

Trump ordered the audience to raise their right hand, had them proclaim he was the “greatest president ever” and pledge to “cheat like hell” in the upcoming midterm elections. The convention was darkly reminiscent of the Nazi Party’s infamous Nuremberg Rallies. It also reeked of desperation—the last, violent gasps of a dying fascist movement. MAGA has made it clear they won't go quietly. They'll lie, cheat, threaten, anything and everything to win this November.

The November election will be one of the most consequential turning points in American history. We either let Trump cheat to cement his fascist takeover of America, or we smoother MAGA and turn the page on one of the darkest chapters in American history.

We choose the latter, and that’s why Defend Our Courts is leading the charge to put MAGA down for good. We’re fighting to expand the firewall of state Supreme Courts, the courts that can prevent Trump’s election rigging, on a national scale, while turning out voters in states with key House and Senate races.

But it’s going to take a ton of resources to operate on the scale this moment demands. In solidarity,

— Defend Our Courts

Using a trans person’s name and pronouns is not radical. Supporting a trans child is not dangerous. But Donald Trump and RFK Jr. want you to believe it is.

[ADVOCATE:

Trump's HHS built a survey linking trans acceptance to violence. Its
authors undercut the conclusions]

The Department of Health and Human Services just released a government-commissioned report attempting to link these basic acts of acceptance with support for political violence.

Yes, really.

The survey created a scale that labeled support for trans people as part of what HHS calls “radical gender ideology.” Researchers then compared those answers against questions about political violence, but only questions about violence against conservative figures and institutions.Only 13 of the 1,208 people surveyed online were transgender or gender-nonconforming. Outside researchers have criticized the study as blatantly politically biased. And even the report’s authors acknowledge their findings cannot prove that accepting trans people causes support for political violence.

This is what happens when a government starts with a political conclusion and goes looking for evidence to support it.

Here is what the real data shows. GLAAD documented 532 anti-trans incidents in 2025 alone. FBI hate crime data shows trans people are overwhelmingly the targets of violence, not the source of it.

Trans people are not the threat. But we are being treated like one.

Christopher Street Project is building the political power to ensure trans people are protected, represented, and never pushed out of the conversation. Will you donate today to help us continue fighting?

meet Donald Trump’s latest crony nominee: Courtney Coker.

Like all of Trump’s judicial nominees, Coker isn’t up for a lifetime seat on the bench because of his qualifications. He’s up for it to be another rubber stamp for Trump’s agenda.

In a scathing letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Alliance for Justice warned that Coker has “weaponized the full force of the federal government to inflict lasting harm on immigrants, workers, and communities of color.”

His record is horrific. Coker helped plan the 2019 Mississippi ICE raids — detaining nearly 680 workers on the first day of school and leaving children to come back to empty homes. He also pushed Project EJECT, a discriminatory program targeting majority-Black neighborhoods in Jackson with harsh federal sentencing.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, his Senate questionnaire tells the whole story: zero legal writings, zero policy speeches, and zero basic legal qualifications. This is a lifetime appointment — and he hasn't done the work to earn a single day of it.

But Trump doesn’t care about qualifications. He cares about whether his people are loyal to him instead of the law, and he’s not going to stop unless we do something about it.

At Demand Justice PAC, we’re building the movement to expose these extremist nominees, pressure the Senate to hold them accountable, and restore balance and independence in our judiciary.

We can’t let nominees like Coker fly through confirmation without a fight — will you chip in $5 to power Demand Justice PAC’s movement to protect our courts?

the United States' final primary elections of the year took place in Delaware. Now, the 2026 primary season is officially over.

We cannot overstate this: Justice Democrats just had our best election cycle EVER in the history of our organization!

Thanks to the grassroots power from people like you, we jumped into 15 different primary races across the country (more than ever before) to replace out-of-touch Democratic incumbents and fill open seats with progressive champions.

10 of our 15 candidates won their primaries and at least 7 new Justice Democrats are all but confirmed to be sworn into Congress come January. Those new members are:

- Rev. Frederick Douglass Haynes III (TX-30)

- Chris Rabb (PA-03)

- Dr. Adam Hamawy (NJ-12)

- Darializa Avila Chevalier (NY-13)

- Claire Valdez (NY-07)

- Melat Kiros (CO-01)

- Donavan McKinney (MI-13)Now, we have 3 remaining opportunities to win and build our bloc even bigger this cycle with general election fights in California and Tennessee on November 3rd.

This is how movements are built: through small-dollar contributions from everyday people like you to help us elect leaders who share our struggles and lived experiences — not massive checks from corporate super PACs and lobby groups like AIPAC.

This is how we reshape the Democratic Party in the people’s image and start passing the bold but necessary changes — like Medicare for All, higher wages, and no more tax dollars for Israel’s genocide in Gaza — voters deserve and demand.

We can score three more House votes for the progressive agenda in 7 weeks by electing Mai Vang (CA-07), Angela Gonzales-Torres (CA-34), and Justin J. Pearson (TN-09), but not without your support.

Please celebrate the official end to the 2026 primary season and help us win our general election fights by pitching in a donation of $5 or more today →

Nine months ago, we told you we were going to do something different. Zohran entered office with one core goal: work day in and day out to ensure government delivers for everyday people. We trusted that this would resonate with Americans of all political stripes.

The New York Times just released a new national poll that confirms what we believed.

Zohran’s favorability is net positive nationally 38–33 with likely voters.

This isn’t a fluke, and it isn’t just about one mayor in one city. It’s proof that our movement is growing across the country. That when you use your power to actually fight for working people — taking on bad landlords, expanding childcare, funding public transit — people take notice.

That’s the real headline in this poll. Across the country voters are expressing a hunger for government that measures its success by what it can deliver.

But let’s be clear-eyed about what’s coming. The same insiders who didn’t want us to win in the first place do not want our success to become the new norm. They don’t want New York to prove that this works. Because if it works in one city, it can work everywhere, and it shows that our expectations don’t have to be so low.

Our opposition is reading the same polls and our success only means that they will be fundraising earlier and using every tool to slow us down. But with your support, we will have the resources we need to out-organize them at every turn.

Chip in $5 right now to help power this movement — not just to defend what we’ve built in New York City, but to prove this can be the model for Democrats everywhere.

“One woman who was four months pregnant stopped trusting the medical staff after a nurse shouted at her because she couldn’t speak English, according to RAICES. A woman who was pregnant with severe anemia and asthma was unable to get prescribed treatment.” – The GuardianICE recorded 18 miscarriages in the first nine months of the Trump administration — and then simply stopped counting.

Why? Because it’s convenient for this administration that ICE cannot report how many women in its custody had miscarriages, as I shared with The Guardian for its explosive investigative report published this week: “Revealed: ICE lost count of miscarriages, while detaining a record number of pregnant women.”

When you don’t track something of that magnitude, then you don’t have to confront the reality of what your policies have yielded.

Experiencing a pregnancy loss is a profound and devastating trauma. Now imagine the horror of that experience while locked away in detention — cut off from loved ones, proper medical care, and safe conditions. Worse yet, no one is held accountable for this devastating harm because no one is counting.Even when pressured by Congress, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) refused to release its monthly reports on miscarriages. But now, for the first time, DHS has admitted to not tracking miscarriages since October 2025.

Detention is dangerous, let alone for pregnant immigrants: Language barriers, ignored high-risk symptoms, and medical indifference, if not outright neglect, are common experiences.

At the Dilley detention center in Texas — the country's only facility holding families and single adults, often for months at a time — pregnant women have reported struggles from unaddressed high-risk conditions like severe anemia and hepatitis B to language barriers preventing access to care. Across populations, RAICES has logged over 1,600 medical concerns at this one detention center since it reopened in April 2025.

The Guardian investigation reveals that ICE is detaining pregnant immigrants at a higher rate than in prior years. In November 2025, at least 101 pregnant women were detained, but we still do not know exactly how many pregnant immigrants are in detention today. Our government officials are evading accountability for acute human suffering by refusing to track the harm created by their policies.

Learn more about the experience of pregnant women in detention, including RAICES’ clients, featured in “Revealed: ICE lost count of miscarriages, while detaining a record number of pregnant women” by Maanvi Singh, Amy Qin, Will Craft, and Flávio Pessoa. Click here to read >>>

No one should be forced to endure a miscarriage behind prison walls without access to a doctor, proper treatment, or basic dignity. That’s why RAICES fights daily against the harms of detention and for the freedom of mothers, children, and families. We won’t stop.

I taught high school for 20 years. You learn pretty quickly that a kid who hasn’t eaten isn’t going to get much out of third period.

That’s why making school breakfast and lunch free for every kid in Minnesota was one of the proudest things we did. No forms. No stigma. No child sitting through class hungry.

This month we crossed 450 million meals served. The program saves families about $1,000 a year for each student. That’s a lot of full kids — and a little more breathing room at home.

Every one of those meals is one less child worried about hunger and one more student ready to learn. As a teacher and a parent, I know what a difference that makes.

That’s the kind of leadership I want more of — people who will fight for good schools and make life a little easier for working families. It’s why I started Small Town PAC: to back people who understand what their communities actually need, and who will fight for change that shows up in people’s daily lives.

In response, Justice Democrat Justin J. Pearson said it best:

[Justin J. Pearson:

This should terrify us into action. Al companies will not regulate
themselves. Their machine learning and deployment without any
controls is an existential threat to our existence and the government
must act immediately to stop them. That's what I will do in Congress.]

{Jacob Coxon:

The people building Al earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible - but I hear the same people express fear}We can’t sit around and let Congress continue to twiddle their thumbs while Big Tech companies go unregulated and risk the end of humanity with their hubris.

Not only is the Democratic Party doing too little on this issue — many are actively promoting and fast-tracking AI development while taking campaign checks and receiving support from AI lobby groups and super PACs. They’re shameless sell-outs.

Progressive candidates like Justin aren’t sitting on the fence or being bought — he led against Elon Musk’s xAI colossus plant in Memphis and is ready to protect people by pausing AI development and banning new data centers the moment they get to Congress.

Just about a week ago, I was in Bucks County, Pennsylvania knocking doors with our candidate, Tim Hayes, who’s in a must-win seat.

Tim had a list of 53 Republican voters’ doors for us to knock together, and I was shocked by how it went. Not one of the people whose doors we knocked on shut the door in our face (which is a rare experience when canvassing in even the most liberal of neighborhoods!). In fact, nearly all of the historically Republican voters we talked to expressed how disappointed they were with Trump. One of them even said they’re so fed up with the way things are, they’re voting straight Democrat on Election Day.

That experience in Bucks County gave me the energy, hope, and perspective to take on this final sprint to Election Day.

That’s why I couldn’t be more excited to announce that with our full candidate slate locked in for the midterms, we’re entering the final, decisive phase of our mission this cycle: flipping red seats blue and breaking the GOP’s grip on power.

To make sure we can go all in for our candidates, we’re launching a Red-to-Blue Fund that will ensure our candidates have the resources they need to compete against the GOP and win. These seats are absolutely flippable with the right resources behind them:

These are the races that will break GOP supermajorities, flip state legislatures, and decide control of the House and Senate.

This is a must-win election year. And the truth is, our best shot at flipping these seats isn’t by playing it safe. Protecting the status quo is exactly what fed the disillusionment that has driven an entire generation of young voters to despair. Our work is the solution to that disillusionment. We have to go all in on bold leaders who will actually center working-class priorities and offer a vision for the future that sparks hope, not apathy or fear.

I just got back from New Hampshire, where I spent time on the trail with Chris Pappas. And I'm writing to you today because the general election fight is officially here – and the stakes could not be higher.

Look – if we’re going to take back the Democratic Senate majority and put our government back on the side of working families, winning in New Hampshire is absolutely critical.

We know what we’re up against in this general election fight. Donald Trump and right-wing billionaires are getting ready to flood New Hampshire with dark money to elect John Sununu.

Can you make a $5 donation – or whatever makes sense for you today – to help Chris Pappas stand up to corporate special interests, defeat John Sununu, and keep New Hampshire blue?Let’s be clear about who John Sununu is: He’s spent his entire career cozying up to corporate donors and selling out to Big Oil and Big Pharma at the expense of regular people. If Sununu gets to Washington, we know exactly what he’ll do: serve as a rubber stamp for Trump's dangerous agenda, greenlight more corporate tax giveaways, and push the exact kind of corruption that rigs our economy against working families.

We cannot let John Sununu back into the U.S. Senate.

Chris Pappas is the exact opposite. As a small business owner, he knows how the economy should work: fair, honest, and transparent. In Congress he’s taken on Big Pharma to lower drug prices, stood up to corporate price gouging, defended reproductive freedom, and fought for our veterans.

And here’s the thing: Chris doesn’t take a dime of corporate PAC money. Not one single cent.

That means he relies entirely on people-powered grassroots support to win tough fights like this one.

Polling shows this general election race is a dead heat. With corporate special interests getting ready to buy this seat for Sununu, we need to show the GOP right now that we have what it takes to win.

That’s why I’m asking for you to step up and chip in right now – will you give $5 to boost Chris’s campaign and show the GOP that New Hampshire isn’t for sale?I’m in this fight because I believe in what’s possible when Washington works for working families, not billionaires and corporate lobbyists. Chris Pappas is in this fight for the exact same reason.

Let's stand with him today and get this done.

Thanks for being in this fight,

While Trump is busy starting illegal wars and manufacturing chaos, tens of millions of Americans have to choose between rent and medical bills.

That’s a political decision — a callous choice made by politicians taking kickbacks from greedy insurance and pharmaceutical companies. Then when working families demand a better option, those same politicians turn around and claim there’s nothing we can do about it.

I refuse to accept that answer.

Especially when this administration just asked for $1.5 trillion for their military budget, all while making cuts to the social services millions depend on.

They have the money — they’re just choosing who to spend it on. And it isn’t you.

Voters across the country know this, and they’re sick of it. 70% of Americans say our healthcare system is in crisis. And a whopping 41% of adults carry crushing medical debt.

I re-introduce Medicare for All every session because I know health care is a human right. Not a privilege or a commodity to be sold. I’m pushing my colleagues hard in Congress to get behind it, and I won’t stop fighting until we get this done.

Everyone deserves healthcare. And no one should have to struggle this hard just to stay alive.

Because we don’t suffer from scarcity in this country. We suffer from greed, and we know exactly who's feeding it. It’s time we put people over profits, and care over corporate interests — once and for all.

But I can’t do this work without you. If you’re able, will you pitch in $3 today to keep me in Congress fighting for Medicare for All?

Billions for war, but nothing for childcare or healthcare.

That’s Donald Trump’s agenda.

He made it plain and clear when he said, “We can't take care of daycare. We're a big country. We're fighting wars. It's not possible for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, Medicare, all these things.”

We do not have to accept a country that fails working people. That’s not going to solve our cost of living emergency.

We’ve got to get back to a place where hard work actually pays off—where families can afford care, retire with dignity, and get ahead. A place where the American Dream is a reality. That’s what I’m fighting for in Congress.

That’s what we can fight for when Democrats take back the House this November. And we need to protect this battleground seat once again to make it happen. So if you’re as fed up as I am, don’t sit this one out—chip in right now to help me win again in PA-17 and help flip the House blue →I’m a dad of four and Navy veteran, and I’m calling BS.

Families right here in PA are working hard to put food on the table, afford childcare, and keep up with rising costs. They’re not looking to fund endless wars while getting nothing in return back home (except maybe higher gas prices!).

And to hear a President just shrug and say we “can’t” take care of families? That’s not leadership. And it’s not what Pennsylvanians have earned.

We can do better than that. And when we crush the GOP this November, we will—by restoring healthcare funding, tackling the cost of living emergency, and putting real muscle back into the American Dream.

But to do it, we have to protect PA-17.

I’m the LAST Democrat in a battleground district in Pennsylvania, which means the GOP thinks I’m the one to beat. That’s not going to happen.

Just weeks before Election Day, Texas Republicans shut down 92 polling locations in Tarrant County.

Now voters will have to struggle with hours-long lines at the polls and chaos leading up to November 3rd.

This is voter suppression.

[Politics & Poll Tracker:

Texas Tribune: Tarrant County votes 3-2 to remove 92 polling sites ahead
of November election

Historically a Republican stronghold, Tarrant County has emerged as a
key battleground as voters narrowly supported Democratic candidates
at the top of the statewide ballot in recent elections]This isn't an accident. This is all happening because voters delivered massive turnout in Tarrant County back in March, despite last-minute polling location closures, and now Republicans are making sure they’re cutting their voting options ahead of time.

When Republicans see people showing up for Democrats, they try to change the rules. These tactics fall hardest on Black, Latino, and working-class voters who can least afford to lose hours standing in line just to exercise their right to vote.

But we won’t let these suppression tactics intimidate us. We’re going to ensure voters in Tarrant County and across Texas show up to vote early and fight back against these voting suppression tactics.

Will you split $10 between Texas Majority and my campaign to help us organize on the ground, educate voters on these last-minute changes, and beat Greg Abbott this November?

More than a year ago, I entered this race because I believed America needed more than an argument about what was wrong. We needed a vision of what could be right.

I believed then, and I believe today, that the American Dream is not a memory. It is a promise each generation must renew.

A country where healthcare is a right and illness bankrupts no one. Where hard work earns a fair shake. Where our foreign policy reflects our values. And where public office once again means public service, not personal enrichment.

To everyone who believed in that vision and in me who knocked on a door, made a call, contributed, or simply told me to keep going: thank you. You gave me one of the great honors of my life. I will never forget you.

In the closing days of this campaign, it became clear to me that Stefany Shaheen was the person best positioned to carry that vision forward, win in November, and best represent New Hampshire. She earned my wholehearted endorsement. Campaigning beside her only strengthened my confidence in that decision.

I am proud to stand with her, and optimistic about what we can accomplish together. Elections are not the end of the work. They are another beginning. I urge you to support her.Primaries are hard. I know the hope, sacrifice, sweat, and heart that go into them. But we never must withdraw from work, we must never define ourselves narrowly and restrictively. Our country still needs us to do more. And to do it together. It asks something of each of us: that
when we care deeply about a cause, we keep showing up, that we keep fighting.

For me, this campaign was the first chapter, not the final one. I do not know where the road ahead will lead. But I know what will guide me between now and November: working to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.

And I will recommit myself to my military service, because my country and my fellow soldiers deserve my full effort and devotion.

Through all of it, one belief will remain unchanged: America is still capable of great things.

The American Dream is still ours to renew. Its promise is still ours to keep. And the work of building a better country still belongs to all of us.

In gratitude,
Christian Urrutia

The state of Texas suspended 1.2 million voters ahead of the November midterm elections.

That equates to about 6% of all Texas voters, more than enough to swing a close race in the state. That is exactly the kind of margin that could be catastrophic for Democrats, with polls showing Democrat James Talarico virtually tied with GOP candidate Ken Paxton in a hotly contested Senate race that could decide control of the chamber.

Texas voters have until October 5th to check and update their voter registration if they are impacted. They can check their voter registration status by visiting the Texas secretary of state’s website or by visiting their county election office.

If voters don’t update their voter registration in time, they can still vote but it will be more difficult. Voters who show up to the polls with a suspended voter registration must complete a "statement of residence" form, and anyone who has moved to a different county will either have to vote in their previous one or cast a provisional ballot instead.[TNR:

Texas has suspended more than 1 million voters ahead of Senate race]

If you're a Texas voter, or know a friend, family member, or acquaintance who is, please double-check your voter registration status and spread the word.

These are the types of hurdles Trump and MAGA are desperately throwing in front of voters ahead of the midterm elections. What’s happening in Texas is a direct consequence of MAGA control over key statewide offices, and over the Texas Supreme Court, the court with final say on election law in the state.

This is exactly why the work Defend Our Courts is critical to protecting free and fair elections. We're working to elect Democrats on state Supreme Courts across the nation this November. What we’re building is a firewall—pro-democracy state courts with ultimate say over election law in their states, acting as a last line of defense against MAGA’s election rigging attempts.

Help Colorado Fight Fire with Fire: secure.actblue.com/donate/cdtl-...
This spring, Virginia took bold action to fight MAGA gerrymandering.

1,604,276 Virginians successfully voted YES for a historic referendum to pass new maps and neutralize anti-Black gerrymanders from other states.

Then, a crushing blow: conservatives on the Virginia Supreme Court struck the plan down. Donald Trump and Mike Johnson cheered as MAGA notched huge wins in the redistricting war.

But hope is not extinguished. Here in Colorado, democracy’s defenders are picking up the torch.

Colorado Draws the Line is spearheading a multi-prong effort to pass new congressional lines. The Centennial State’s 8 US House districts are at stake — and they could decide control of Congress for years to come.

We need your help to elect more pro-democracy state legislators, and defend against right-wing dark money groups that are working furiously to thwart our plans.MAGA never rests in the redistricting wars. We can’t either.

First, four Republican-lite Democrats introduced an amendment in Congress to condemn socialism and the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

Then, two more so-called Democrats stepped out of line and voted with the majority of Republicans to narrowly approve a rule change to bring this amendment and other MAGA priorities, like the pro-voter suppression SAVE Act, to a floor vote.

[Jake Sherman:

This has nothing to do with the CR. MGP and Golden voted for a rule that
would allow the House to vote on:

1) A bill condemning socialism
2) Protecting Domestic Mining Act of 2025
3) Northeast Lobsterman Protection Act of 2026
4) Protect Economic and Academic Freedom Act of 2026 (prevents
federally supported universities from boycotting Israel)]

Now, the amendment passed with 8 Democrats voting for it, and we’re one step closer to Republicans suppressing the right to vote for millions of people.

What the actual f*ck are Democrats doing?Trump and the GOP are attacking the right to vote ahead of the midterms, and there are Congressmembers with D next to their name voting with them.

Republicans are lobbing ugly racist and Islamophobic attacks at blue candidates before the general election, and these Democrats are more worried about condemning progressive policies and candidates who want to make life better for working people.

Fascism is here, Trump is defying court orders, ICE is still terrorizing families, our food is increasingly unsafe to eat, people are dying of measles, and families are struggling to survive the cost of living crisis… and way too many Democrats would rather criticize the left flank of the party than do something about any of it.

Justice Democrat, DSA member, and Congresswoman-elect Darializa Avila Chevalier put it perfectly:

[Darializa for Congress:

Democrats love talking about a "big tent", but then they vote in line with
Republicans hell-bent on destroying our democracy and stripping Black
and brown people of the right to vote. Tonight, some Democrats voted
with Republicans to bring a resolution condemning democratic socialism
to the House floor, and then again to pass it.

This resolution was aimed squarely at democratic socialists like me,
paired with renewed support for the SAVE Act, a dangerous bill that
would require a passport or birth certificate to vote and could strip
millions of Americans, including Black voters and seniors without birth
records, of their right to vote.]Republicans have had no greater partners to enact their destructive agenda than the corporate Dems who lead the Blue Dogs. Establishment Democrats and Party leaders have proven time and again: they would rather attack the bold ideas that their voters overwhelmingly demand than fight fascism and oligarchy.

We need to clean house until every Diet MAGA Democrat is out of office and this party reflects the people it’s supposed to represent. Will you pitch in $5 or more to help us elect three more progressive champions to Congress this November?

[Contribute $5]

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats

Massachusetts sent a powerful message:

Trans people belong. Our community matters. And our rights are worth fighting for.

I'm proud to celebrate Ed Markey's victory in our final primary of the cycle. Massachusetts voters chose a leader who understands that equality is not a talking point. It is a commitment.

For too long, trans rights have been treated as a bargaining chip, something to negotiate away when the politics get difficult.

Ed Markey and Massachusetts said no more. We are building toward a future where our rights are simply not up for negotiation.
But I need to be direct with you: the primary calendar is officially over, and the clock is not on our side. Every candidate we endorsed for the general election needs resources right now.

We know Trump and the GOP will spend millions trying to silence our community and roll back our progress. We must be ready to meet that challenge with real resources. Will you chip in right now to help us stay in this fight? With gratitude,

This September, Republican leaders are gathering in Dallas for the RNC midterm convention Help Women's March cover the streets around the convention with jumbo posters calling out the GOP for protecting pedophiles and covering up the truth about the Epstein files secure.actblue.com/donate/gango...
In just two weeks, Trump, Vance, Rubio, and other ghouls and creatures of the night will be in Dallas for the Republican National Committee midterm convention, dubbed “Trumpapalooza”.

When they arrive, they’ll be warmly welcomed by our jumbo posters around the convention center. 😈

Can you chip in $15 and help us remind North Texas that the G.O.P. is the Gang of Pedophiles?

The perpetrators in the Epstein file cross party lines, but the GOP is the one that has buried the evidence and exposed the survivors.

The GOP has protected the rapists and pedophiles.

The GOP is the one that nominated and elected as president a man who is named in the files thousands of times.

It's back-to-school season, and for too many families across the country, that means hard choices. School supplies or groceries. New shoes or the electric bill.

Meanwhile, Trump has made a choice of his own: starting an illegal war in Iran with no congressional approval and no plan. And it’s working families who are paying for it.

Families are paying higher prices at the store and at the pump while wages stay flat and overtime protections get gutted.

This reality is a direct result of choices made by this administration.

That's why I'm fighting for real solutions:

The Domestic Workers Bill of Rights, so domestic workers like caregivers or cleaners get the protections they've been denied for generations.

The Raise the Wage Act, so your paycheck actually covers rent.

The Job Protection Act and the PTO Act, so nobody has to choose between a sick kid and a paycheck.

The Restoring Overtime Pay Act, so working extra hours means getting paid for it.Working families didn't ask for a war in Iran, and they shouldn't have to pay for one at the checkout line. But in order to keep up this fight, I’m counting on your grassroots support.

Will you pitch in $3 today to help me keep growing our progressive movement ahead of the midterm elections?

Help buy school supplies for Delaware classrooms: secure.actblue.com/donate/mcb-e...
With back to school season upon us, my campaign is organizing an initiative with teachers at underfunded schools here in Delaware to help them get the supplies they need for the classroom.

We took a look at teachers’ wishlists, and we’re going to be purchasing items like pens, pencils, markers, highlighters, tissues, and more to make sure their classrooms are stocked for a successful start to the new school year.

But we can’t do it alone. We’re going to need help raising the money to make it happen!

That’s why today, I’m asking you to make a donation of any amount to help my campaign purchase school supplies for Delaware teachers.

check out who was in Michigan yesterday afternoon hosting an event for Trump’s MAGA Inc. Super PAC:

Look, this is Michigan. We don’t like folks from Ohio (or Florida!) telling us what to think.

But I’m actually glad JD Vance came to visit, because it proves what we’ve been telling people all along: Mike Rogers is running to be Donald Trump’s sock puppet in the U.S. Senate. But beneath this weird Florida-Ohio partnership, there’s something I need everyone to take seriously.

MAGA Inc. is sitting on more cash than any other super PAC in the country with $400 million in their war chest, and they’ve barely spent a dime of it.

Republican candidates in battleground states — like Mike Rogers — have been begging the group to turn that money loose, and the GOP sees Michigan's open seat as its best Senate pickup chance this fall.

Trump's people are deciding where the mountain of cash lands first, and they came here to have a look at us.

I won’t sugarcoat it. The likelihood that we become their #1 target is extremely high.

If MAGA Inc. starts pouring money into Michigan, we need to already be on the offense, not scrambling to catch up.

A new report says Texas has suspended nearly 1 million voters from its rolls ahead of the midterms.

[1 MILLION VOTERS PURGED FROM TEXAS VOTER ROLLS]

This is a direct attack on Texans’ right to participate in our democracy.

And it is happening in a state where Republicans know Democrats are organizing, mobilizing, and building the power to compete everywhere.

This moment requires all of us to fight back: by helping voters check their registration, understand their rights, and make a plan to cast their ballots.

But we need the resources to reach people before Election Day — especially voters who may not know their status has changed. The question is not whether Texas can turn blue.

The question is whether we will let Republican voter suppression decide who gets to vote.

Will you chip in today to help Texas Majority PAC protect voters, expand participation, and build the organizing power to win?

[DONATE NOW]

They can purge the rolls.

They can make voting harder.

They can spend millions trying to scare us into silence.

But they cannot stop a movement that is organized, informed, and ready to fight back.

Texas is changing.

And we are not backing down.

Thank you,

Texas Majority PAC

I saw this news and knew it needed to be shared: The MAGA-run school board in one of Tennessee’s most conservative districts was flipped BLUE!

Here’s why this matters: This school board has been laser-focused on banning books while schools in their district are so underfunded that they have no A/C and have laid off teachers, stuffing dozens of kids in one classroom.

Voters in Knox County, Tennessee, had enough of this GOP-run school board. So last week Democrats flipped control and sent a clear message: MAGA and their far-right priorities aren’t welcome here.

[Knox news:

Democrats flip school board control in Knox County]I often think of the idea that books are mirrors, windows, and sliding glass doors — we all deserve to have books that allow us to see ourselves and others who are different from us, and develop understanding and empathy for others. Book bans deny us of those possibilities and choices. MAGA’s time banning books is running out.

As a teacher, I take the threat of MAGA-run school boards very seriously, that’s why when I saw this news I felt hope. Here’s what this win means for our district: if a country that voted for Trump by 20% can reject a GOP-run school board, we can flip our district too.

What happened in Knox County could become a reality right here in District 1. Change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of conversations with neighbors and community members. It takes time spent knocking on doors. It requires hard work, and I’m all in.

My name is Lauren Jewett, I’m the Democrat running against House Majority Leader Steve Scalise. It is deeply shameful when our elected officials put their own priorities over what our community actually needs, and that’s exactly what Steve Scalise has done for far too long. It’s time to actually serve our students and schools, and send Steve Scalise packing for good. I need your help to do it. Can you please rush a donation of $25, $10, or even just $5, to power my campaign to fire Steve Scalise and take back the House for Democrats?Thank you for standing with me.

It was revealed that the U.S. Postal Service is moving forward with a plan to limit mail-in voting by only sending ballots to voters who are registered on a list approved by the federal government.

This is an unprecedented assault for free and fair elections.

[Democracy Docket:

Postal Service moving forward with Trump's attack on mail-voting]

This rule would effectively give the Trump admin control over who receives ballots and who doesn’t.

We do not have to imagine how Trump uses this power. Live in a heavily Democratic area? No ballot. Have a name that sounds Black or Hispanic? No ballot. They are not hiding what this is. It is a purge designed to look like election administration. And that last part is particularly important. If you’ve been following our work, you know that in the Constitution, states have the responsibility for how elections are administered, not the federal government. This move by the USPS would give the Trump admin unprecedented power over elections and it is cartoonishly unconstitutional.

But legal challenges to this rule will likely make their way up to the Supreme Court. And that’s where it gets scary—we have seen how this court has ruled lately. They have exposed themselves as complete and total puppets for Trump and MAGA extremists, willing to reverse nearly a half-century of legal precedent to tilt elections in their favor.

This is exactly why Defend Our Courts exists. We are fighting on two fronts: building a firewall of state Supreme Courts that can protect free and fair elections at the state level, and building the movement to reform a federal court that has made itself an arm of the Trump administration.

It’s Chris Deluzio. I represent PA-17 in Congress. In 2024, I was one of the most targeted incumbents in one of the toughest battlegrounds in the country. But with your support, we held the line and kept this seat blue.

In Congress, I’m fighting like hell for people's economic dignity, for jobs, for housing, for good health care, for a lower cost of living. But my Republican colleagues don’t want someone fighting for you—they want a rubber stamp for Donald Trump.

They think that just because Trump won Pennsylvania, that PA-17 is vulnerable.

Let me be clear: I don’t back down from a fight. I’ll stand my ground for Western PA, and I’ll go toe-to-toe with anyone trying to rip away our rights, our jobs, or our future. But I need you with me in this fight just like before. Can I count on you to chip in right now so we have the resources to stand our ground and continue the fight for Western PA?Helping people in Western Pennsylvania is front and center to everything I do.

When I talk to folks at home, they tell me exactly what they want from their government:

They want a tax cut that actually helps working people—not handouts for billionaires. They want Medicare and Social Security protected, not gutted to line corporate pockets. They don’t want Medicaid slashed so Wall Street and robber barons can get even richer. They want leaders to fight for the basic bargain of the American Dream.

That’s why I’m in this fight. I’m sick and tired of the Wall Street-driven corporate mindset that outsourced our jobs, rigged the economy for the wealthy, that price gouges hard working families, and that crushes unions and kills small businesses.

I work every day in Congress to change that. But my Republican colleagues? They aren’t fighting for any of that. They’re upholding the same broken system that sold out hardworking families.

Look, I’ll stand up to them every chance I get, but I need you standing with me in this work. So please, pitch in any amount you can–$5, $15, $25–to stand with me in the fights ahead →

[The New York Times:

Trump signs order seeking federal control of mail voting as he promotes false claims]

Let me be clear: Trump’s executive order restricting mail-in voting is illegal.

In this country, states run our elections — not the president. That’s how our system works, and it’s how we protect voters from exactly this kind of political interference.

But after failing to get Congress to pass the SAVE Act, Trump is resorting to executive action to push the same goal of making it harder for eligible Americans to vote.

As Michigan’s Secretary of State, I’ve spent years standing up to attacks like this, defending our elections, protecting mail-in voting, and making sure every eligible voter can make their voice heard.

And I will continue to fight this executive order in my current role. But if we want to stop this kind of overreach for good, we need governors who understand the law, respect our democracy, and won’t back down, regardless of who’s in the White House. That’s why this race matters so much. In a battleground like Michigan, Trump and Republicans will be looking for any way to subvert our elections. We saw it in 2020, and now we’re seeing it again.

That’s why I need your help to keep this governor’s office blue. We need the resources to fight back against these attacks, reach voters with the truth, and build a campaign strong enough to win.

Trump nominated his loyalist, Justin Smith, to the U.S. Court of Appeals — and the facts about him are shocking.

Smith openly brags about fighting for “conservative values” while personally representing Trump in his effort to overturn the civil judgment in the sexual abuse and defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll.

If that’s not a conflict of interest, we don’t know what is.

And it gets worse.
Smith is deeply entwined with dark money networks that fund far-right court capture.

He’s served on the boards of multiple organizations linked to Leonard Leo, the mastermind behind the Supreme Court’s conservative supermajority. These groups exist to funnel money, influence, and power to allies like Smith — and now Trump wants to put him in a lifetime judicial seat. It’s corruption, plain and simple.

Smith’s history shows one thing: he’ll rule in lockstep with Trump’s will, protecting the powerful at the expense of everyday Americans.

We’re not staying quiet. Demand Justice PAC is organizing, pressuring senators, and mobilizing on the ground to stop these loyalist puppets from taking lifetime power on the bench. But we can’t do it without you.
