Just a reminder to any senator saying Don Jr. is not selling access to the presidency: Don Jr. started a private club called Executive Branch within months of Trump retaking office, with appearances by Trump cabinet members. How much more obvious does it need to get?

Hey, remember when the Trump admin cut lifesaving medical research, consumer protections and international aid in the name of government efficiency? Well they just launched a government website for racist arcade games. These are the priorities.

More than $797 million of Trump’s 2025 revenue has come in the form of crypto. Over $54 million came from new foreign developments in the Middle East, Asia, and Eastern Europe. The rest came from branded products.

We just brought a MAJOR new lawsuit to stop Trump from profiteering off of his market-moving Truth Social posts by charging $100,000 monthly for faster access to official government announcements. This scheme violates the First and Fifth Amendments of the Constitution.

For example, OMB apportioned over $27M to the State Department’s inspector general for the third quarter of the fiscal year but that apportionment depended on a separate spending plan that was not disclosed:
Amounts apportioned, but not yet obligated as of the date of this reapportionment, on this line are available for obligation consistent with the latest agreed-upon spending plan for Fiscal Year 2025 between the State Department and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Any revisions or additions to such spending plan shall be proposed to OMB in writing no later than five business days before the anticipated obligation of funds based on such revisions or additions. If OMB agrees to such revision or addition, OMB will notify the State Department in writing, and the latest agreed-upon spend plan shall include such revision or addition.

BREAKING: In our lawsuit with @publiccitizen.bsky.social the judge just ruled that the Office of Management and Budget must restore its website that shows how it is spending taxpayer dollars. The judge had some strong words for OMB about the illegal removal of the site:
As explained in this Memorandum Opinion, there is
nothing unconstitutional about Congress requiring the Executive
Branch to inform the public of how it is apportioning the
public’s money. Defendants are therefore required to stop
violating the law!
