I have read “The 1619 Project” more than once. I have just begun watching the documentary on HULU for it. For all of the Kristi Noems and Don Trumps out there, who belong to the “1776 Project” in all their pride and glory…piss off. Acknowledgment is the tiniest of steps in the right direction. JFC.

Confirming qualified lower court judges is crucial to ensure a well-functioning, independent judiciary. But, sadly, no number of normal judges helps against the pipeline of faux litigation* brought to MAGA judges and circuits via judge-shopping, thence to captured Supreme Court.

This is incredibly disturbing and goes against every rule of war, international law, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the very ethic of the military. A disciplined military goes to every length to prevent civilian deaths and having a SecDef who doesn't care is unacceptable.
