Stifiled, like Jack Smith's replies. The only way to keep the case(s) from the conclusion of guilt was to keep it from being heard, to kill it. But, it's not dead. Even though much of it remains under seal by order of the accused and his proponents, it IS alive.

Much easier, legally, to add new Supreme Court Justices. But, it can't be done without the assent of the Senate. A Democratic Senate will keep Trump from adding or replacing retired justices. It could also give a Democratic POTUS the ability to add new ones.

Dispite accourt order, the shroud covering Trump's name is still up. And dispite an earlier court order, his name is likely still in place underneath the shroud. If there afe any $$ troubles it is because no one will perform there. Gee! I wonder why.
