Not yet. Working on it. Renovation costs aside I am not meeting the annual burn rate of the space. As you can imagine it’s hard to ask neighbors & small civic groups to pay. I have a small AirBnB in the building that offsets some costs. Still, when I see my neighbors together, it’s worth it.
