✨Sketchbook find of a deer that I painted with watercolour and a touch of coloured pencil. (I collect deer figurines too).✨ #deerpainting #aquarell #watercolour #watercolorsketchbook #deerart #watercolor #paintinganimals #deerstudy #moleskinesketchbook #moleskine #traditionalart #sketchbookartist

I take a lot of photos and use many for reference in my #sketchbooks like this one of two stags at an animal park here in Germany. I love using different sketchbooks in various ways, some are themed or material based. #stags #sketchbookpage #sketchbookspread #mixedmediasketch

My studio table is full of #sketchbooks and art reference books as well as course books to improve my #drawing and #paintings of #horses currently. Learning old school with actual books that I’ve collected over the years! #traditionalart #mixedmediasketchbook #horsestudies #traditional #selfstudyart

An old painting bought back lovely memories of my time living in The Netherlands, this painting is from over 15 years ago. I had just started painting traditionally as a hobby, practicing #watercolours as my design business was all digital art. #watercolourpainting #horsepainting #traditionalart
