I asked and the artist wouldn't change it without additional fees, cause the shading was already done. (which i get having editing costs) but when they blatantly messed up the colour thats more of a them problem

i would also say i have experienced an artist once did a com between me and a friend but didn't do the colors correctly or any of my designs markings. so the artwork was basically my friends character which came out perfect and another one that looked nothing like mine. cream isnt dark brown
