This is, again, an issue of unclear and poorly explained policy. You’re right that handlers haven’t been removed, but that only applies to handlers in the staging area and a few exceptions for the parade itself.

My concern is that even if fishnets or tights are pre-approved, another staff member could say no on the day of the parade (per AC policy, which I included in a screenshot). This could disproportionally impact fem-aligning and fem-presenting fursuiters.
