‘If I Go Will They Miss Me’ Review: A Humane Masterpiece

It’s hard to fathom that If I Go Will They Miss Me is a debut film. Yes, it’s expanded from writer-director Walther Thompson-Hernandez’s Sundance winning short film of the same name, but it’s so as…

"The Rivals of Amziah King" - so much fun when a film shows you something new, and does it with complete confidence throughout. Spead the word about it!

Two film score nominations so far this year: Tune-Yards for "I Love Boosters" and Pino Donaggio for "Her Private Hell" Neither will happen in a million years but I can dream.

Love this film. Watched it on repeat back in the day when it was a staple on the IFC channel in the late 90's.

The pieces Rayns wrote for Sight and Sound back in the day were mandatory for me. As a teenage film lover in podunk Texas, I never quite knew how to see all the films he talked about, but, over time, it made me seek them out. That's what a great writer does.
