I got formally diagnosed with n24 and she mentioned that there *is* a medication to help entrain you but that they dont give it on insurance if you're sighted and "it's not sustainable" without it. "What could it possibly cost?" I Ask myself. "$19k discounted to $5k a month", replies the internet.

Re-upload, I forgot how bad transparency is on here. Old art of Lucario and Riolu that I cleaned up to use for something, but the "ignore the spike haha" is bothering me too much + not being designed for the space/losing all the texture at print size.

Lucario hugging a Riolu while they both smile in the style of alcohol markers. Riolu is entirely unbothered by the fact Lucario has a spike directly behind it's head.

I also made a coinpurse with an old version of this embroidered on it under another name that I don't want to directly link here, if you've seen similar art before.

Hey so if you even suspect you have adhd or something get it treated I feel like a functioning human that could actually run a small business for the first time in my life. My treatment resistant depression was seemingly from the lack of dopamine. Buproprion starting fixing me in *days*.

I've been logging my sleep for about two months now + a 20 year history of the same and it's now pretty apparent it follows the pattern of "non 24 sleep wake disorder" which basically means my brain works on a 22~26 hr day instead causing my schedule to stagger and loop around.
