After having to take a day of dilating due to bleeding, I’m recovered and back at it again today. Maintaining my three dot depth advised by the surgeon for another week and a half while tissue heals to full integrity, then and slowly tease for more. Girth I get to tinker with next.

Pussy 1.3.0 Notes: Packing came out today, holy fuck was that a massive relief of pressure (literally). Downsides: Pain healing for the next 7 weeks, which is always messy at the start. Upsides: Got that double wide access and additional depth, and the allograft is fairly elastic. Yay!

6 days post-revision. The packing and sutures are definitely my bane. Sitting, laying down, on my side, etc. all cause the sutures to painfully tug at the anchor tissue, even with pain meds. Thankfully they come out tomorrow and we can get a look at pussy 1.3.0 in full then.

Strengthening it at this point would be against progress. I am very familiar with Kegel exercises, but wearing my pelvic floor was intentional for better vaginal functionality. Knowing my body, it will heal/undo the weakening on its own anyway. Healing too fast/well has been the problem since day 1.

For those asking in DM, I’ll be more forward here: recovery is a 6-8 week process. Coping with random intense nerve pain and general soreness, learning to rebalance a bit while standing/walking. Depth and girth were added internally, and pelvic floor weakened intentionally.

Revision surgery. This one in particular was with the use of an allograft, or tissue from an outside source. So there is a slight risk of rejection, but won’t know how that’s going to fare for the first week or two.
