Death investigated after ambulance not available for medical emergency

“Spending money on health care” is what we are already doing. Health care spending is over half the general budget of the US. Abolishing private insurers is not health care; it’s a death sentence. No one should have to wait 2 HOURS for an ambulance.

I live near the border and have met some of Canada’s medical refugees in my doctor’s waiting rooms, ordinary people willing to spend their life savings because they can’t wait any longer for their “free” health care. It should never be illegal to save your own life.

Only children believe in the Tooth Fairy. In 2005, the Canadian Supreme Court ruled Canada’s long waiting lists a human rights violation under the Quebec Charter: Chaoulli vs Quebec. And the waiting lists have only gotten longer in the past 11 years.
