The chef is anally fucking La*ry (with a still human dick - a maggot form on an adult man could be considered neotenous looks, like axolotls, but there would be no maggot genitalia to influence a monstrous mutation for the character) and has looped his upper body through La*ry's torso, to have gnawed off one spare dick, mouth at another, and fondle La*ry's 5+ testicles. The chef holds cut and gnawed chunks of La*ry's limbs' flesh in two off hands near his mouth, as though to switch off and eat them in a hedonistic manner. The characters are consenting to the event, but not safely or sanely, as the excess of gore should evoke some fear that the scene goes beyond a safe version of what would normally be a symbiotic help between the two characters (Ho*bs, a flesh eater, helping trim down what feel like unhealthy or malignant over-growths to La*ry's newly mutated form).
