Middle of typing, and a notification window pops up, and it interprets what I was typing as a decision and the window is gone before I even have a chance to read it. This is so frustrating.

It happens to me regularly that I'll be typing something, need to open an editable file (document, spreadsheet, website, etc.), click to open that file, go back to typing while it opens, then mid word switch focus to the new file. Worse is an OS pop-up, like a restart window.

Add a routine either that focus cannot switch to the new program or the pop-up until typing has stopped for X seconds, OR that any typing that is ongoing will be ignored by the popup or new program until it has stopped for X seconds.

The headline is wrong. The president doesn't have the power to wage war unilaterally. Any war without congressional approval is illegal. The president is actively committing a crime and it's congress's job to care enough about not ceding their power away.
