Woodlands Dark and Days Bewitched: A History of Folk Horror I watched this 3 hour documentary in one go - a semester of film studies in three hours. LOL Brain dead! Great doc, and I was surprised how many of these films I had seen. It's one of my least favorite horror genres, and now I know why.

Ha! I didn't know the Sufferagettes were supposed to be neglectful, either. The mom was a great character, inspirational. The 1st movie I remember is Return of Dracula, which is NOT suitable for a six year old. 😶 I will never forget that throat cutting scene.
