Yuicihi and Mona happen to have very distant history actually - during his debut fight at the battle nexus she happened to be in the crowd and... promptly got into a brawl with some other yokai, which got so loud and visible that it took Usagi's attention away from the fight and he promptly caught a devastating blow, ending his very first battle nexus fight far too early.

Raph also doesn't like him, but for VERY different reasons.

Also, you'd think that two yokai of similar species would get along, but Agatha is a rude little brat who'd openly start dissing him without hesitation, and Usagi's ego can't take that kind of attack without retaliation - too bad that he's kind of terrible at improvising attacks on the spot and ends up with his ego even more bruised than before. Rip. He probably should've listened to Mona when she told him to just ignore her... End of description.
