Figured out the environment and programmed a bitstream. Just a simple 25bit counter connected to the rPLL to validate yosys+apicula...and I have my 1.24s period on led[5] now 🥳 Im trying to only use OSS for the toolchain, but good tech docs are hard to find for these gowin fpgas it appears...
