hello world I'm trying to branch out of my art comfort zone. today I painted an elk in clip studio. it was a lot of fun to do all that texture, but someday I wanna try a simpler approach and maybe focus on color or values #digitalart #art #artstudies

A reference photo of an elk in focus is on the left side of the canvas. The elk is almost front facing. There are several out of focus flowers framing the photo. To the right is a digital painting study of the same elk with flowers.

i hope i captured the feeling of "high schooler getting a cool edgy photo taken" with this because that's def the vibe i was going for #deadlock #deadlockfanart #vgen

A digital painting of Graves from the video game Deadlock. She leans slightly to the left with a deadpan expression as three skulls float beside and behind her. The skulls are black with a green and yellow glowing angular flame. Her pale face and hair reflect a bright light from the flash of a camera. In contrast, her maroon jacket recedes into the dark. The background implies that the subject is in a cemetery past dusk.
