#WIP piece i started an actual year ago? Finally feeling mentally ready to take it on? we are so back methinks

Work in progress illustration piece, Scarab is pictured (lineart + sketch)

Update: I did it wooo!! My version of mushrooms au gratin. They were very tasty and filling but tbh absolutely needed the yogurt sauce. Kinda felt plain without it despite all the toppings and seasonings. I recommend it though!

Ngl the bearded vulture has to be one of the most beautiful birds ever. Its diet is 90% bones, its a scavenger but looks like a lethal predator. Honestly devastated that I am not her

Oooooo they wanna k̶i̶s̶s̶kill each other so badddddd~ Commission I got recently from @pantamonte.bsky.social of Lazarus and Antares to tease what's coming. If you haven't figured it out already, these two are gonna be a little more than just enemies hehe #ocs #half-life #hl2 #artbyothers

My HL2 OCs Lazarus (right) and Antares (left), drawn by Pantamonte. Lazarus is towering over Antares, holding them by the waist with one hand while pointing his knife at them with the other. Antares is in turn pointing their gun at Lazarus, holding it to his neck.

I can't believe I got to see IAMX live tonight, they played so many bangers and "I come With Knives" was the absolute highlight of the show, seeing these guys and especially Chris up close was so fucking surreal!!! ❤️

So... this is completely unexpected, but we now have a third cat! 🐈❤️ My mom's dietitian had brought this tiny thing in her office today, apparently her husband found it all alone in the streets. And mom fell in love with it so my family decided we're keeping it!

Revenge for @/Mewy_Meuwy (AF)! I love Chinese dragons, this guy was super fun to draw! :D #artfight #artfight2026 #teamtragedy

Bust drawing of Mewy_Meuwy's OC, Attataki. He is a red draken with a chinese dragon inspired design, with long ears, big pointy teeth and horns, adorned with small golden lanterns and tufts that hang from his tusks and earrings. He is looking at the viewer with a big, open-mouth grin, and the background is a starry sun-setting evening sky.

For a little while I've been entertaining the idea of exploring the future of my Half-Life OCs and I've decided, I'll be doing that in a HL2 timeline. I'll let Lazarus take the spotlight on this one (along with another new character you shall see soon~) #half-life #half-life2 #hl2 #ocs #writing

Basic premise: The year is 203X. After the 7-hour war 15 years prior, the Earth surrendered to the Combine, which gradually established itself on the planet. The integration had been slow, and so, it's only years later that the Combine begins to collect its rightful scraps from the aftermath of the Resonance Cascade: Xen.
A now 23 year old Lazarus is captured along with his parents, Ryan and Scarab, by the Combine, and brought back to Earth for assimilation. He escapes and makes his way to free his family, saving Ryan from a terrible fate in Nova Prospekt. Scarab escapes on her own and they all regroup shortly after. As per anyone that remains free, they all join the side of the resistance and try to survive their new reality.
Lazarus adapts well and for the first time, has a chance to interact and integrate more with his own kind.
Things take a turn when he comes face to face with a highly specialized Synth that nearly kills him, only for Lazarus to incapacitate them before escaping. The two meet again, and engage in an obsessive game of chase with one another, with both trying to eliminate the other before they get killed first. Though means unknown, Lazarus ends up making an unlikely ally that proves both powerful and risky.

Attack/friendly fire for @/Aero0o (AF)! I LOVE this cute Frutiger Aero character 💙💚🧡 #artfight #artfight2026 #teamtragedy

A bust drawing of Aero0o's OC, Bubbles! She is a humanoid character inspired by the early 2000's Frutiger Aero aesthetic, with a mainly blue and green palette, and splashes of orange. She has dreadlocks in two big ponytails and grey skin, as well as blue and green eyes (heterochromia)

Revenge for @/morrowlazuli (AF)! She doesn't even LIKE you... idiot 💢 #artfight #artfight2026 #teamtragedy

Halfbody drawing of MorrowLazuli's (on artfight) Ultrakill OC, Angie. She appears irritated, crossing her arms angrily. She's wearing an outfit akin to that of an anime highschool student. The background is colorful and happy, bright yellow and full of pink star patterns.

Attack for NotAHero(AF)! This guy is not human i think... #artfight #artfight2026 #teamtragedy

Drawing of NotAHero's character EGO (aka "Clay"). EGO is drawn twice, once in his red conductor uniform, rocking a big, gleeful smile. The second time, he's drawn with his standard outfit, sweating and bearing a crazed expression as heavy shadows drape over him.

Introducing Kashmere, a character I adopted a while back from @sirakinah.bsky.social. It's a mysterious, unnatural being that appears docile but hides great power, and generally doesn't make itself known or seen. There will be more of it later 🖤 #art #ocs

Sketches of my OC Kashmere (it/its)
It is an anthropomorphic being that carries mostly equine and deer-like traits. It has long hair and a tail, both with striking red and grey colors, three eyes with red, star-shaped irises and three horns atop its head. It has a mysterious and threatening, but also eerily calm vibe about it.

More concept arts of this guy. I love the idea of him becoming kind of a monster as he grows up. The "collecting and wearing the parts of your enemies as trophies/warning" trope will never not be cool as fuck to me #art #ocs #halflife #half-life #hl2

$Sketches of my HL OC Lazarus, showing him off in two identical poses. In the first, he has his usual getup on. In the second, he is also wearing the fractured skull of an alien grunt, and a rope around his torso adorned with sharp teeth.$ Sketches of my own approximations of what the alien grunt enemies' skulls might look like, as they appear in Half-Life.

It pains me to think that if shit like Total Drama Island, a show with a very distinct toony/exaggerated artstyle, came out today people would look at these characters and be like "this is for gooners!!1" like WHAT 😭
