Me!! I never even put the two together! Does anything help you? I used some of these Norwegian blister cover things on my heels once where I I was going for a hike that really helped but I don’t use them regularly

I know everyone’s families are different but I’ve had to distance myself a lot bc it’s been really painful and felt abusive over time. Also bullying / making fun of / denial of my conditions that has been all at my expense. It’s very sad but I’ve felt better overtime being further away from them

AGREE. Going to start saying this. My physical therapist who is POTS/EDS informed& has lots of patients w mcas told me to say can you please tell me what your differential diagnosis are other than XYZ but holy crap it’s so exhausting alllll the time having to be on like this . I think you get it.
