I liked Rigging by hand, but only in Maya 😩 sadly auto-riggers are just such a timesaver to re-do mundane repeats

Understandable, I didn't know they mixed the way of cooling! I don't think i will be brave enough to do any manual maintenance on my card, im not risking a 3090, not at this time in the IT hardware price space 😭

Most gpus have thermal pads not paste, and those degrade over time as well, depending on how long you had your gpu and what kind of use it has seen

I've gotten those before the AI boon, i've made my current PC, when 3090' card came out, and a year after I gotten additional upgrades like backup M.2 and additional RAM, so I kinda lucked out, it was "ideal" time to get those hardware, but its hindsight at this point.

I think I will move away from G.Skill RAM in the future, I have old sticks from them 2x16GB, from 2022, still working as intended, but the next duo for rendering/simulation was faulty , produced errors on memtest and stability issues, nearly bricked my pc. to top it of, its 3rd time im RMA'ing them.
