@hydroottawa.bsky.social hi, I'm relocating to Ottawa from outside Canada on 1 August. I've been trying to fill out the move in form since Thursday 2 July and I keep getting an error message on the 'move in details' page saying to try again in 2 minutes. Why can't I fill in the form?

We’ve all got Penny’s book from Inspector Gadget and most of us use it for stuff like ordering pizza and looking at cat pictures instead of helping a bionic uncle defeat an international crime ring. Maybe we should use these technological marvels to fight evil. Anyway, here’s a cat pic.
