Let's #TalkTurkeyAboutLowBackPain You may think once #LowBackPain starts, it will never improve but most new LBP gets better in a week or 2. Acupuncture, spinal manipulation & PT can decrease pain during that time. #LowBackPainRealities

Let’s talk turkey! Steroid injections don’t address the underlying causes of low back pain. As a result, guidelines recommend you consider non-drug therapies like spinal manipulation, massage and acupuncture first. #LowBackPainRealities

Let's #TalkTurkeyAboutLowBackPain! Many people w/#LowBackPain believe they need an MRI or x-ray. But unless you’ve had an accident, are experiencing worsening leg weakness, or your pain isn’t improving after 4-6 weeks, imaging is usually not necessary. #LowBackPainRealities
