Thrilled to share our work on the influence of wild boar density on the spread of African swine fever #ASF in northern Italy (Jan 2022 - Sep 2023). Our model reproduced observed ASF dynamics and showed that wild boar density shaped the second ASF wave only. www.efsa.europa.eu/en/supportin...
