We have to be vigilant in all of these areas. I just refuse to put it 100% on parents, which is why we do have the parent council to listen to parents’ concerns. It’s really important to hear what parents have to say and to say, “OK, I get it right now. You’re not feeling [like we’re] very trustworthy. We’re going to gain your trust back.”
