It varies. If my dinner was big, I wait a little bit before I go for dessert. If it’s a light dinner, then I eat dessert immediately. My go to is vanilla ice cream with a little cookie, cake, or any other pastry 😊

Hey, it’s been a while! 😊 Got some news. I got accepted into @colorado.edu for their Post-baccalaureate Computer Science program! 🎉 It feels good to achieve one of my 2026 goals! 💪 Would love to chat more with current students and alumni about their experiences #CUBoulder #WomeninSTEM

Hey everyone. It’s been a while since I written on my blog, so I decided to write a post where I reflect on 2024 and get a little vulnerable: dev.to/cbid2/lost-a...

Sending you a virtual hug Kelly! 🫂 and a shot of tequila to ease your woes. 🥃 I know things suck right now but they will get better as time goes on. Keep sailing my friend! 😊 You got this! 😊 👍🏾

Hey everyone. In the spirit of good vibes Friday, how about we send a hug emoji or encouraging words to uplift my friend @kvlly.com? 😊 Sometimes, a small act of kindness can create the biggest impact. 😊

Merry Christmas to you too! 😁

I vaguely remember who was dating you in that era…I’m very scared 😰

010

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 09/12/2024

Man this is going to be scary when that information is going to be released 😰

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 03/12/2024

Great! 😊 When is the new album coming out? 😊

100

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 29/11/2024

Did you do the app first and then have pie? 😉

110

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 29/11/2024

How did you manage to make this? 🧐 I heard it’s the hardest recipe to cook.

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 29/11/2024

One more. They aren’t yes people. They will be honest with you about things and aren’t afraid to tell you when your actions are hurtful then, yourself, and others.

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 29/11/2024

No you just have a spoonful of seasoning in your mouth. Lol, seasoning is meant to enhance your food, not cloak it 😂

000

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 29/11/2024

Looks delicious! 🤤 How are you going to eat all of it? 🧐

110

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

I unfortunately don’t have that kind of power lol 😂 Plus I learned that black BluSky users decided to call them skeet, which made my heart break

000

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

Aww man see that just makes it even worse. Why not use something more wholesome like fleet or chirp? 🤦🏾‍♀️

100

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

Dang you right 🤦🏾‍♀️

110

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

That works too. I said chirp to keep with the theme of birds lol 😂

100

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

I never implied that you personally coined. Just merely annoyed that another slang word like this is misused. It’s like how tech twitter used raw-dogging to describe long difficult coding sessions 🤦🏾‍♀️ Like folks really couldn’t use a more wholesome term like rechirp?

110

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

Yes but some terms should stay niche for a specific reason 🤷🏽‍♀️

110

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

That’s because Skeet is a sexual term in AAVE(African American Venecular English). Leave to non-cultured palm-colored folks to once again misuse a niche term 🙄

Just sent my connection request.

It also helps to read as much literature or content as a possible. It’ll help you can get the reference quickly. Like I chuckle anytime someone says “Lookslike we gotta an Icarus on our hands” to describe a cocky person because it’s a reference to the Greek myth

000

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 20/11/2024

That’s exactly what I mean! 😢

010

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

Bro you hurt my heart by not getting your follow (not really take your time lol 😂 👍🏾) 😢

000

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

Yeah I keep seeing people use “skeet” or “reskeet” and thought “Didn’t we learn from the misuse of raw dogging when describing long coding sessions?” 🤦🏾‍♀️

001

Chrissy Codes @chrissycodes.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

I don’t know if it’s me, but doesn’t anyone cringe with how the word “skeet” is being used to describe reposting or posting on BluSky? I mean the term is slang for something very, very different (for context, listen to “Get Low” by Lil Jon). I vote for something more wholesome like Rechirp.

Nope you’re good. Would love to see a story about a human woman who learns that her bf is vampire and bi, and her trying to find her place in his world.
