iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

That’s awesome! Yeah it’s a decent little machine, even something like Cyberpunk runs well on it. With the other two being so shit these days, I can see it being my main platform going forward.

Agreed. Weirdly the only physical copy of Indiana Jones and The Great Circle is on Switch 2. On Xbox and PS5 the game isn’t on the disc the disc has a small amount of data the rest is downloaded

Yeah lend it or sell it so it’s not completely shit but it’s still not ideal

No key cards so you insert the card and it downloads the game.

Oh is it? Didn’t see that, that’s cool there is another. Weird that these small indies are putting games on cards and the big boys aren’t

Looking at all the upcoming third party Switch 2 “physical” releases, Stellar Blade looks to be the only game on a card.

What happened to tennis video games? We were awash with them for the longest time and now, just Mario Tennis.

We should probably buy Brobbey so we never have to play against him again.

Not going to lie, I legitimately love that game.

I’m not really a fan of the GameCube pad but that analog stick is the best. So damn precise.

Cool, I used to work for them. I’m still really unhappy with the direction the company is taking the PlayStation brand.

Chris Smith @chrissmith.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Nope it certainly isn’t. Bloody good though.

Dude, chill, it’s not your money.

Chris Smith @chrissmith.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Yeah I bet there is. So many long time people left the company everyone involved with their success gone, that run from PS3, Vita, PS4 and PSVR was just an incredible time for gamers.

Chris Smith @chrissmith.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Agreed. It’s crazy to see a fall so big and so quickly. Moving the gaming people out for Sony executives is such a shit move from a company who were doing everything right.

Chris Smith @chrissmith.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

PlayStation were absolutely killing it as a publisher until about 2019, then they just changed people making those decisions, got rid of the indie incubator at Santa Monica studios fired Sharon Studstill and then shut down Japan Studio. Such a fall for PlayStation

Chris Smith @chrissmith.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

PS3 and PS4 even the original PSVR were awash with Sony published small games too.

Chris Smith @chrissmith.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I hope they license out WipEout, Lemmings, LittleBigPlanet, maybe let Digital Eclipse put out a Housemarque collection with Resogun, Super Stardust HD, Dead Nation, Matterfall and Nex Machina
