NTSB says that Level 2 systems like Ford Blue Cruise and Tesla Autopilot don't improve road safety, In fact, they may worsen it b/c automakers overestimate their capabilities. NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy: “These systems function primarily as convenience features rather than safety enhancements."
