Parchment on the iPhone Duo isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I do have plans to make it a much nicer experience though. My next app is the one that is in a real rough spot with the Duo. That is going to be a lot of work.

I have the new iPhone 18 Pro and the Apple Watch Ultra 4 in hand. What do you want to know about them? It's going to be a busy video making weekend over here.

TestFlight is fixed*! I don't believe in god, but this is the kind of thing that could bring me around to believing in the all-mighty Turnes. *I mean it's still TestFlight but at least the order isn't fucked.

I ordered something and it says “free returns and exchange” but they charged me $3 automatically for that

I have Parchment v1.0.2 done. I'm just waiting on app store approval. It addresses a ton of bugs and user feedback. So much that I had to increase the resolution of my monitor to take a screenshot. I also put it into the alt text so it's readable. 🔗 Parchment: apps.apple.com/us/app/parchme...

Parchment is currently second in the paid productivity app category and 16th overall. 😱 Thank you everyone. I'm hard at work on the next update that will fix bugs and implement a bunch of suggestions. Parchment: apps.apple.com/us/app/parchme...

Having a very public email address means I get signed up for a lot of stupid stuff without my consent. This is just but a taste of my inbox but it might be the dumbest thing I've ever read.

News letter that’s says;

Behind closed doors, the new leadership at Apple is facing a terrifying reality: The MacBook is becoming a dinosaur.
In the age of Al agents and 10x productivity, a single 13-inch screen is a cage. But while Apple is tied to its legacy hardware, a hidden disruptor has launched a "pocket-sized" 4K
workstation that makes physical monitors (and laptops)
obsolete.
They've achieved what Apple couldn't: 5 virtual screens in a frame lighter than an iPhone. The "Post-Mac" era has begun, but it's not being led by Apple.
Reveal the hardware that's making the MacBook obsolete

That is a wrap on my 5th WWDC. This was a great one. There are a ton of features I am excited to explore and share with you all. On a personal note, I got to hang out with good friends, meet new people, and learned a lot. I'm ready to get to work for the busiest part of my year.

The MacBook Neo is amazing. This thing is going to cannibalize low end iPad sales. Unless you really want a touch device or Apple Pencil, the Neo can just do more for less money.

I 3D printed the alleged iPhone Fold last night and it's weird. Almost passport size. When closed it's a wider iPhone mini. It's not tall at all, in fact a field notes notebook is taller. When you open it up it's clear this will have some kind of portrait mode. I'm excited!

Today marks the 9 years of my YouTube channel. I uploaded three videos I spent a month working on. Never expected anyone to watch them, I was just creatively starved. Thank you to everyone that has watched my videos over the years. Here are some pics of my original setups and videos.

Bluesky’s app icon got update, but doesn’t support the new multilayer that is needed for dark mode icons. ugh!

YouTubers think you need to do the dumb shock face in thumbnails to get clicks. 😱 In reality you just need to feature an AFI album from when they were a punk band. 🤘

YouTube comment that says “I clicked because I saw classic "AFI" in the thumbnail. Great video.”
