Set a goal to post food content everyday in August and I met that. Pretty pumped to prove to myself I could do it (while still doing job, gym, life, research, etc.)

Setting up context infrastructure at work, I only have access to the Coco trial there (using Sonnet 4.6). Most of the docs are there, but not complete. Started a local Coco session, prompted “what do you think is next” and Coco figured it out exactly in 60 seconds at about $0.08 #aisky #ai

One commit per unit of "I would want to revert to this", one PR per unit of "this is a logical change someone should be able to review in one sitting"

For those that haven’t done work in putting on big events/conferences/festivals, this is a great thread about costs

Excited for these last days of July. I’m going to try posting food content everyday in August, I just planned the month out. It’ll be a great stress test of my content manager app. Then, I’ll eventually be adding in technical blogs too, learning is fun

So, uh, personal announcement. I am now suddenly unemployed. I am currently looking for a data science/machine learning/AI job in the SF Bay Area. If you're interested, let me know! In the meantime, I now have *plenty* of time for blogging lol.

Finally got my content manager app working. Now able to plan everything in Plane, sync the work items as draft skeletons, and then upload or attach existing media. Will be adding in Bluesky for sharing blogs once I test a bit more, but excited to be able to plan out content!

Agentic Pattern repo for anyone that woud like to take a peek / test some things: github.com/ChrisKornaro... Some skills, prompts, etc. in there that may be helpful for increasing the consistency of your Claude Code sessions. #databs #ai #contextengineering

Made a public repo to share some of my agentic skills, promots, modules, etc. Will write a blog post and then share here soon. Will be useful for some, less for others

The most validating part of my research has been when performance starts to drop. I’ll look through my instructions, skills, etc. think through improvements, and then I use fable to research/validate my ideas. Then I find out that a few weeks ago someone did this and it fixed the issues 😂

Having Fable start a session and then Opus execute the plan behind the scenes is simultaneously cool and terrifying

The ‘For You’ feed has completely changed my Bluesky experience. All of the niche feeds were too segmented and sparse. For You has combined all of my nerd feeds into one, I love it You should try it, if you too are a nerd that hasn’t loved the feeds in bluesky

Claude is now hooked up to my Plane, going to start testing bugs/enhancements/etc. in Plane as the source of requirements for Claude Hopefully I can get the workflow to be Obsidian note > Plane work item > Claude execution

Working on a claude session end -> next session kickoff workflow. Claude then realized it triggerd after my PR branch cleanup workflow, so it created a lesson to reference in other repos. Combining Obsidian with my research repo is cool to see

Tip: If you are approaching Thursday and you have a lot of your Claude weekly limit yet, then run Code sessions in multiple repos to chew through it faster 💀 (I’m doing the scary thing of updating documentation in 2 repos and a file conversion script in another)

Hermes tip for those setting up: Delegate task sets up a generic subagent clone of the profile that’s receiving the prompt. Thr kanban card lets a primary profile (mine is called pm) delegate out to another profile (i.e. ops, code, etc.) #ai #databs

Chris Kornaros @chriskornaros.bsky.social · 28/05/2026
It seems that setting up a research repo which already has workflows, instructions, prompts, etc. was very useful. I can have Claude Code generate the instructions for profiles and configs using Opus 4.7, then feed that into a bind-mount which Hermes can see to execute on the plan using Haiku 4.5

Building on this, a further breakdown, 5 tools make up 94% of usage: - Bash 32% - Edit 27% - Read 16% - Todo Write 10% - Write 9% Interestingly, most of this repo is documentation/markdown, which explains a lot of this, but it looks at multiple repos— humans should handle documentation it seems

Finally have the early stages of my data model built out for my agentic optimization research. Early findings: - Bash + Edit is 59% of weighted spend/usage Weighted Spend is an estimation of usage based on costs (using anthropic’s public model costs). Next step will be optimizing that part

Part of my agentic research, I created two commands: - /audit-repo - /bootsrap-repo The two commands: audit a repo and compare it to my research repo’s structure, then modify the project structure/instructions to update what doesn’t fit. It works on both new and existing repos.

Pretty amazed with Claude Code. My reminder / lifestyle app is great, currently hosted/running on my Ubuntu Pi server. Telegram integration is working as intended. OFF api mirror using DuckDB + Single User DuckDB for products/routines. Time for Amazon links, reorder, and testing.

Migrated my website/domain DNS and all that to Cloudflare, site is still up. Added a subdomain for my product/life tracking app— now able to host it and access using both computer and mobile with the url. Really enjoying this process and very glad I took the time to setup my Ubuntu Pi server

Part of my claude usage is now going towards agentic research/optimizations (including how to work directly with claude code, not just autonomous agents). Working on a repo which will have project templates, workflows, usage metrics for various patterns, etc. Anything else that would be helpful?

Been playing around with vibe coding an app, instead of data stuff, and I’m having a lot of fun. Currently building a reminders / product tracking app to keep up with my daily routines, making sure I have enough stuff (vitamins, floss, toothpaste, etc.) in reserve too. Claude is pretty cool
