I worked for UPS a few years ago and one package went from Birmingham UK to Coventry UK about 15 miles via EMA - Frankfurt - Atlanta USA - LHR - EMA - Coventry. The vehicle that collected it was 30m from mine in the hub at Tamworth.

An excellent weekend. It was good to see our end users and many friends from the hobby. Molly was also superb with how she handled the questions from the visitors to our stand on products she is not familiar with.

If you want to see change them volunteer and get your ideas in to the fray. It was an excellent convention as I saw it with a good mix of lectures, and visitors. Not just with the age groups but with ethnicities too. At least 3 Asian families were there, with one lad very excited about the hobby.

Bellyflopped when landed at Stansted, I know Ryanair land hard but this was exceptionally hard, even the in flight staff commented. Everyone screamed it was that hard, I am surprised it didn't break the strut folding the landing gear.

And at their prices I didn’t try one. But the coffee in O’Briens coffee shop in Cork - near Tesco Extra - was exceptional, and a lot cheaper than on the aircraft.
