Did Unai just "no comment" the City stuff? I know outlets were sending folks to ask about that so curious his response

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

I am sure I am not overreacting at all to 5 minutes into the first preseason game, but I am very high on the Blazers this year. Loving the options!

Thats unexpected right? Seems quick?

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Remember that hot minute they were kinda good? Feels like 100 years ago

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

i understood before because there was no distribution channel for FanDuel or whatever nationally--but since prime is there its odd I can't subscribe anyway?

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

looks like I'll still be ESPN+? And no access to the other content (pre/post game?) I'm suprised they wouldn't let out of market people pay for the access to get that--free money. Is it b/c ESPN+ blocks them?

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

for out of market--i know we still get the ESPN+ feed, but is there going to be a way to subscribe to see pre/post game shows? I've always wished i had a way to see those

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Just finished getting to watch the match on tape delay--honestly thought we were going to get throttled but was pretty impressed with how Villa looked given the changes. Not quite as exciting of an end as last yrs match at Villa Park :) Arsenal will be great, hard seeing Konsa on your side :)

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

what's interesting on this was there was a bit of noise when they couldn't get over the hump with him and CJ that he needed to focus more on the court instead of putting out music. Not a huge uproar but definitely a thing I heard/read

010

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

@joeovies.bsky.social and you are spot on with the Dream Cast!! Also Jet Grind Radio and Sonic Adventures were top notch

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

@joeovies.bsky.social was listening to OG in business....on athelete/musicians, I will say Dame is legit and actually has some industry cred. I am biased of course but have you listened to any of his stuff?

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

They are!!! I am a nerd to be fair, but I love them!

010

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

I think he will come on also, just feel Unai isnt ready for a PL start with him. He looked great vs PSG though!

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

I think he'll come on, but not sure he will start given he's been out. Certainly a possibility!

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Sub in Emi and thats your XI for Brighton i think...

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Streetlight Manifesto! They were always one of many bands I liked a lot but never appreciated how incredible they were musically till i was older

031

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

I always find the opposite of this interesting also....some band you liked a lot when you were younger but then as you grew up were like "they are not that good"

110

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

No!! Quest for Glory, Space Quest, Kings Quest! I was raised in way too religious of a household to allow larry lol

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Lol actually even pre point and click. Kings Quest 1 and 2 you just get a prompt to work with lol. Kids today dont get the struggle lol

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

One thing to keep in mind, i was raised on point and click Sierra games. Windwaker i think scratches that better than others

200

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

I went from zelda 2 (which was Waaay too hard) to windwaker/majoras mask/ocarina

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Ahhh...didnt have am snes. Was a NES->Genesis->Dreamcast->Gamecube guy

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

I am going: 4. Ocarina, 3. BoTW, 2. Original Zelda, 1. Windwaker. I am only not putting the original as #1 bc i know im old and cranky about video games.

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Btw whats your Zelda ranking? Top 4 at 4 Zeldas needed

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

Watching this Fire game and realizing my Gustafson jersey is out of date lol

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

I'm telling you right now he is going to view Dame as that guy. He won't take that pay cut though.....also while I love Dame his player evaluation skills have been questionable lol

010

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

Again, as a Canes and Blazers fan (and former PDXer and Raleighite) this whole thing is just bizarro

Say it with me: “Dundon has a playbook”. But here’s the thing…he needs his NBA Brind’Amour & Tulsky to do this. And the NBA ain’t the NHL…

What is the best way to help me connect her to resources to help foster this creativity and talent? 2/2

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

Ppl in comics/comic folks who follow me...my daughter (10.5) has been writing & illustrating her own comics for years now and her ability to place/size/style panels perfectly, use visual elements to add to the story, & even cover things like post panel dialog boxes effectively is blowing me away 1/2

@misscecil.bsky.social those early things she read of yours left such an impression and inspiration. Just wanted to share!!

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

@misscecil.bsky.social hi! Just remembering a while back when you were doing the really good Frozen/Little Mermaid/Snow White runs. You sent my daughter a posted of your little mermaid run and it meant ALOT. She wrotes her own comics now (at 10) and illustrates them and is just such a creative force

@gwillow.me HUGE fan of your comics (and your novels)--question do you ever face a conflict in writing/pacing when writing for singles vs thinking about the trade? If so, how do you resolve this?

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 19/07/2026

Really glad Emi is still with Villa, lol

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Rules are ridiculous. Why revenue is the metric for spend levels and not current ratio will always be absurd to me

020

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

I figured after Youri and Digne left we weren't giving up Rogers...if we also lost him AND Konsa it would be a back breaker. Unai is incredible but even that is too much for him. Its frustrating that being goal difference away from 3 straight CL campaigns and still have to sell like this.

110

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 14/07/2026

he was SO GOOD for Villa but definitely prone to the occasional dumb penalty.

100

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 14/07/2026

oh as a Villa fan I am definitely sending it. Awful choice.

010

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

I unfortunately know all too well lol. For big stuff we have a place in town that has a satellite office in WA and you have to ferry it there first THEN it gets shipped wherever

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

@joeovies.bsky.social just listened to OG on Business.. ...1) Snyder is stupid BUT 2) the comic run this Supergirl movie is based on is when she is at a low point. Its intentionally out of character. Havent seen it yet (hope its good) but that run (by Tom King) is a REALLY good series

000

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

@ssnyder1835.bsky.social Thought about this again today and realized I really need your thoughts and opinion on this lol

Chris Brasfield @chrisbrasfield.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

I was just booking something for a work trip last night and was about to pull up AirBnB to just sanity check this new stance and I was like....I don't want to stay in one of these ever again. Its SO MUCH WORK and there is no one to make you food on site lol
