Hi Dan - very excited to see some Chinese nuclear cost data become public. Question for you though - why is the OCC for Flamanville 3 listed as $4/W on the main figure? The total cost is publicly reported to be >$8/W, and it used state-backed low-cost financing, so this OCC figure seems impossible.
