Here's the @heroforgeminis.bsky.social mini I made for my rogue for a catfolk D&D game, Fishbone. He's a nyalfling! 😸 #dnd #character #portrait #3d #art

A portrait of Fishbone, a nyalfling Rogue. (Like nyan + halfling!) He's a scrawny little cat person with gray/brown fur and shining green eyes.

Fishbone is wearing a motley collection of leather that could graciously be called armor, including a hood with slits for his big cat ears.

He's holding a dagger in his right hand and a loaf of bread in his left. There's an apple on the ground behind him, and a sack of gold coins and a couple jewels in front. He's grinning, but you probably caught him mid-robbery.

A close-up of Fishbone, nyalfling rogue. This time it's night, and his hood casts a shadow over his face in the lamp-light.

Here's my miniature for Tamara, D&D fighter and card-carrying member of her local adventurer's guild.

This is the miniature for a D&D fighter named Tamara.

Tamara is a tall young woman with shoulder-length bright red hair. She stands confidently, with a fine rapier raised in her right hand. She's wearing a red tabard with orange trim, cinched at her waist with a leather belt, over chainmail armor. The bottom right corner of her tabard is emblazoned with a small golden phoenix. She's also wearing long brown leather gloves and tall cuffed leather boots. A coiled whip hangs from her belt at her right side.

The miniature has a circular base with white cobblestones. Behind the woman sits a quicker picnic basket containing a loaf of bread, a wedge of cheese, and a bottle of wine.

Here's Bodil, my (late) paladin of Moradin.

Boðildr "Bodil", paladin of Moradin. Bodil is an older dwarf woman in chainmail carrying a holy symbol and a massive polearm. She's wearing an off-white tabard over her mail, emblazoned with a stylized symbol of a hammer in silver and gold. Her holy symbol bears the same symbol and glows with divine light. Bodil has bright red hair, freckles, laugh lines, and a wide smile.

Here's the mini I made for Serenity, my tiefling wild magic sorcerer. No matter what obstacle or inconvenience lies between her and her goal, a wild magic surge can surely make it *even more* inconvenient! :D #dnd #character #portrait #3d #art

A portrait of a tiefling sorceress named Serenity. She has purplish-gray skin, pointed ears, pale cyan horns, and a long triangle-tipped tail (not visible in this close crop). Her eyes are solid black with glowing irises the same color as her horns. The front of her messy hair is dyed pink, with her natural raven black hair just visible behind, and her eyebrows are the same black. Her ears and left eyebrow have silver ring piercings. She's wearing dark eye liner.

Serenity is wearing purple robes with black trim that leave her arms bare. The robes are cinched at her waste with a pink sash, and below that she wears a thin black leather belt with a small pouch to the side. She has some sort of cyan top under her robes (almost the same color as her horns) and pink fingerless gloves.

In her right hand, Serenity holds out a wooden wand toward the viewer, apparently casting a spell. Her wand is surrounded by magical lighting effects. She wears a plain ring with a small diamond set in it on the same hand.

The background is pinky-black, with small pink sparkles of magic. Serenity looks surprised and a little awed by whatever she sees behind the viewer.

Serenity is standing a little way back from the viewer. She is lit dramatically by flames burning in the foreground. She's holding out her wand, and you might infer the fire is her doing. If so, the surprise and fear on her face make it clear it was an accident!

I tweaked Barbara's mini a while ago, too, but I forgot to post the updated version. I went a bit heavier on her eye shadow, smooshed the dirt around, and even remembered to paint her base! 😄 #dnd #character #portrait #art

A portrait of Barbara, a wildheart barbarian. She has a ferocious look, baring her teeth like an aggressive animal. She's tall and very muscular. She's brandishing a battle axe in her right hand—stained with blood—and a battered wooden shield in her left. Her arms are open wide, as though inviting an attack.

Barbara is wearing a rough-cut leather top, which leaves her abs exposed, and a mantle of green leaves and animal fangs, secured with a leather belt. She's wearing leather pants and leather foot coverings tied with rope. She wears leather bracers on her wrists, though they seem mostly decorative.

Barbara's upper left arm is tattooed in red and orange ink. Her left ear has multiple piercings. Her hair is bright red and styled in an asymmetrical undercut, long on the right and shaved on the left. She has faint scars on her left abdomen and over her right eye. Her clothes and body are dusty and dirty. Her nose is bleeding, which has stained her leather top.

A close-up of Barbara. Her eye shadow is more clearly brown and green, made from a mix of plants.

I tweaked Serenity's hair to be more pink than purple. I've always imagined it's self-dyed, so it fades depending when she last had a chance to redo it between adventures. 😄🩷 (And you can see her natural black hair peeking out in the back. Only her bangs are dyed.) #dnd #character #portrait #art

And here's a turn-around gif of Rose.

100

Chris @chris.upliftinglemma.net · 12/11/2025

I made a miniature for Rose, my deep gnome rogue, using @heroforgeminis.bsky.social. I haven't had a chance to play Rose in a tabletop D&D game, but she's my primary character in Baldur's Gate III. #dnd #character #art #portrait #3d #model

A miniature of a small deep gnome woman named Rose. She has stone gray skin with gray-purple freckles. Her white hair is dyed pink and pulled into a messy bun. She is clearly athletic, with a thin and wiry build. Her expression is a mix of concentration, wariness, and intimidation.

Rose is wearing a strapless red leather top, tight black pants with a brown leather harness, and brown boots. Her shoulders, back, and midriff are bare. She is also wearing a black cloth choker necklace, and a plain black leather bracelet on her left wrist. She holds a dagger in each hand, ready to defend or stab if necessary.

Rose's eyes are two different colors. Her left eye is pink, similar to her hair. Her right eye is a pale blue, almost gray — a magical prosthetic. She is wearing heavy black eyeshadow. Her lipstick and nail polish are purple.

She is standing on gray cobblestone. The base of the miniature is circular, and the sides are reddish-black metal.

Another @heroforgeminis.bsky.social mini! This time it's Gruul, my half-orc martial artist. He's an absolute sweetie of a farm boy turned adventurer. (And he still writes home!) #dnd #character #portrait #3d #art

A 3d model of a D&D miniature, depicting a tall muscular half-orc named Gruul. He has green skin, pointed ears, and large lower teeth that stick out like tusks. He's standing upright, but relaxed, and he looks friendly. He's dressed in simple clothes, consisting of a white-ish sleeveless draped shirt, tied at the shoulders; and grey-green baggy pants, held up with a rope belt and covered by cloth wraps on his lower legs. His large feet are bare. He has a red fez, much too small, perched on his bald head. In his right hand, he's holding up a woden walking stick like a perch for the green-blue bird sitting on it. Gruul is looking at the bird with joy and wonder.

Here's another of my D&D characters that I created with @heroforgeminis.bsky.social. This time Serenity, my tiefling wild magic sorcerer. #dnd #character #model #3d #art

A digital model of Serenity, a D&D tiefling wild magic sorcerer. As a tiefling, she has pale blue skin, a long tail ending in a triangular tip, light blue-green horns, and black eyes with glowing blue-green irises. Her expression is a mixture of surprise, curiosity, and trepidation, and she holds a wooden wand out defensively. She's wearing a dark purple sleeveless robe, secured with a dark pink cloth sash and a black leather belt. Underneath her robe, she's wearing a light green undershirt and dark pink pants tucked into worn black leather boots. She has dark pink fingerless gloves, and a ring on her right hand. Her hair falls just over her pointed ears, in a messy asymmetrical cut. It's naturally raven black, but the front is dyed pink. She has a silver piercing in her left eyebrow.

A digital model of Serenity, a D&D tiefling wild magic sorcerer, with some scenic effects. The foreground is full of fire, smoke, and flying embers, and Serenity appears to stand a small distance away, illuminated dramatically by the flames. Her expression is a mixture of surprise, curiosity, and trepidation, and she holds a wooden wand out defensively. It's unclear whether Serenity's wild magic caused all the fire, but she does not look happy about it. I've been having a blast using @heroforgeminis.bsky.social to build digital minis for my D&D characters! Here's Tamara, my fighter. #dnd #character #model

A digital miniature of Tamara, a D&D fighter. She stands proudly, her smirk a challenge to any would-be attackers. She holds a fancy rapier in her right hand, with the hilt at chest height. Her left hand rests casually on the scabbard hanging at her hip. She wears a red and gold tabard, secured by a thick black leather belt. Underneath, a chainmail shirt is visible. She also wears a cape, a darker shade of red, secured with a pin resembling a good coin. A black whip hangs looped on her belt at her right. Her youthful face is framed by shoulder-length red hair. She stands on a white cobblestone circular base. A wicker picnic basket perks out from behind her, containing a baguette, hunk of cheese, and bottle of wine.

Here's Bóthildr, also known as Bodil, dwarven paladin of Moradin from an ill-fated Curse of Stahd campaign. 🪦💔 (She actually died picking a fight with a dragon, which sounds glorious until you try it...) #stardew #sdv #dnd #portrait #sdvcharactercreator

A friendly-looking woman looks ahead. Her skin is tan and freckled, and her wild red hair is pulled back into a long pony tail. She wears a brown leather jerkin over metal armor, and a tan smock on top. The portrait is in the style of Stardew Valley pixel art.

I'm having a lot of fun with these! Here's Dawnbringer Ilona, human cleric of Lathander. #stardew #sdv #dnd #portrait #sdvcharactercreator #morninglord

A woman looks at you with deep green eyes. Long black hair frames her face. She wears red robes with a wide gold collar, and a bright gold pendant on a chain around her neck. The portrait is in the style of Stardew Valley pixel art.

Chris @chris.upliftinglemma.net · 17/02/2025

And here are: • Barbara, human barbarian (She looks a bit scrawny—her neck and shoulders should be like twice as wide 😄) • Rose, deep gnome rogue • Taurë, half-elf rogue (She's not usually so green, but there wasn't much in-between.) • Alexander, human wizard #stardew #sdv #dnd #portrait

A rough-looking woman stares at you intently with dark brown eyes. Her skin is tanned and scared. Her dark red hair is shaved on the right side, the rest falling to her shoulder. She wears a dark green cloak over a rough leather shirt. The portrait is in the style of Stardew Valley pixel art.

A young woman is intentionally not looking at you. Her bright pink eyes and pigtails contrast with her dark skin, and pointed ears peek out behind large bangs. She wears a black leather bodice over a puffy purple shirt, and a black rose in her hair. The portrait is in the style of Stardew Valley pixel art.

A woman with noble bearing and green skin stares forward. Her long ginger hair is tucked behind long pointed ears, except for one lock that falls in front of her face. An old vertical scar crosses one of her golden-yellow eyes. She wears a black leather coat with green highlights over a puffy green shirt. She wears several gold piercings in her ears and nose. The portrait is in the style of Stardew Valley pixel art.

A man smiles at you with bright blue eyes. Ginger hair flops into his face, held back by a pair of green-lensed goggles resting on his forehead. Winkles have begun to form around his eyes and mouth, either from age or worry. He has a scar across the bridge of his nose. The man wears a heavy brown leather coat over a loose tan shirt. There are two small piercings in his right ear. The portrait is in the style of Stardew Valley pixel art.
