From what I see, #OracleDatabase between version 23.3 and version 23.26.1 ships with a buggy TRCSESS script. To fix it, just correctly set the variable JDK_HOME at line 54. I seems that the problem was introduced by the change "adadhich 04/12/23 - use s_jdkLocation".

Infographic showing that PostgreSQL supports FILTER since 2015, followed by H2 and SQLite in 2019, DuckDB 2024 (first tested release) and now Oracle in 2026.

In 2025 the energy balance of our PV system (10 kWp) improved thanks to better weather (+780 kW) and some adjustments of pool and EV consumption. The self-consumption of 56% is good and could be taken to 60% with further optimisation. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to acquire a V2H wallbox... WIP.

I'm looking for a working example of the LLS Clause in #OracleDatabase, but I'm unable to find it. Also the one provided in the doc is wrong (doesn't work). When no offset/length is specified, it works as expected. With offset/length, I always get a KUP-04001 error referencing an invalid file name.
Excerpt of "Oracle Database Utilities Guide" describing how data is processed when the LLS clause is used.
