Happy Europe Day. “Come on, be brave, the European Spring is still ahead of us!” “...to become an area of active peace, to maintain a framework for sustainable development and to celebrate in a particular way our cultural diversity.”

You bought an Android phone because Google told you it was open. Google is now retroactively rewriting that deal on hardware you already own. After the update lands, you can only run software that Google has pre-approved. On your phone: your property, that you paid for. keepandroidopen.org/en/

The Tech Ai bubble is about to burst. Cheap money for datacentres is about to disappear due to the Iran war. With no business models making money for AI, investors are going to be selling fast. #AIbubbleburst

Just asking. Is there a way to block the annoying content that Amazon keeps adding between the advertising? You know, the 2 mins of films that they interrupt the advertising with. #AmazonPrime

oh, that'll be it. More than half of my use are Ads/trackers despite adblockers on browsers, degoogled, non-Google apps (open source) on phones. EU ad blocking DNS out of the Netherlands. running DuckDuckGo blocking on Mobile Pc via ghostry. I fund the ad Industry while blocking hard as hell.

Your keyboard shouldn't connect to the internet. If you value privacy or you're just looking for a good Android keyboard. Check out FUTO. I've struggled with testing a few offline keyboards. This is now my daily driver. So far, I'm pretty happy with it. keyboard.futo.org

European Cameras Hasselblad Leica European cameras are made in Germany and Sweden. Buy EU and support your local economy. I have Leica and Nikon and would happily recommend using either. Hasselbald would be a dream, but so would the wallet to support that. :)

A new #AOE2 expansion just dropped. New Chinese DLC "dropping one of the most exciting DLC expansions for AgeII: DE yet, new content, new civilizations, to enjoy together across all platforms – #PC, #Xbox, and #PlayStation5." Camel trebs? and nest of bees. It looks like siege is a big focus.

New screenshot to tease the DLC for Age 2 Definitive edition.
It looks like a campaign map. There are some new boat designs and a siege cannon that looks like a nest of bees.
The architecture is Chinese.

this is the second teased screenshot. again, Chinese architecture. this time the new elements are camels with some mini trebuchets on their backs.
