Chutney:
12 oz cranberries
1 large red onion
1 apple, peeled and diced
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 stick cinnamon
8 whole cloves
4 green cardamom, crushed
2 sprigs curry leaves
3/4 cup sugar
Lemon juice to taste at the end
