Christianity was launched in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean. That’s the heart of the faith. Egypt, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon used to have millions of Christians and today, only Lebanon and Egypt still has a relatively sizeable population of Christians left.

Whilst I agree about polling data being totally untrustworthy. I tend to look at trend as opposed to a specific snapshot. If the trend is consistent, then I trust those numbers- I’d say NC and TX are consistent. I’d handle with care the polling for States like Iowa, Maine, Ohio or even Alaska

Up until I was 16, I certainly got slapped a lot by my mum. Even as a grown adult with kids, I never talked back to my mum. Never. And I’ve seen grown ass men cower at the sight of my mum. Growing up in Africa, women were stronger and never played “victims” but that was a different age.
