I like the colors!! It's nice compliment to the text and light mode :D

2/2 🧵 Meditating + journaling daily has helped me create balance outside of staring at screens and solving problems all day as a software engineer. Small habits compound quietly.

1/2 🧵 Last year, one of my New Year’s resolutions was to meditate every morning. Didn’t stick with it. This year I tried again with a different mindset: don’t focus on perfection, focus on consistency. And somehow… it stuck.

You know the worst part about having a fever? Getting sick over the weekend. You spend your entire time off recovering… and somehow Monday still shows up right on time 😭 Finally feeling human again today.

3/3🧵 Still feel like the rendering of the tailored resume could be more smooth transitioning between genearting each character, so gonna work on that next before moving on to file uploads for resumes.

010

Richard @choir241.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

2/3🧵 Previously it just had a loading screen which made waiting for the new tailored resume feel like nothing was actually happening or a sense of impatience, so I wanted to update the behavior so it follows how other LLM platforms generates their tokens like ChatGPT.

110

Richard @choir241.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

1/3 🧵 Half day Updated how my new app is handling the tailored resume is being AI generated to the user so while it generates each token, the frontend is rendering each individual token (character) of the new tailored resume.

Richard @choir241.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

Thank you friendo 🥹 Will def reach out to you once I’m ready for beta testers~

It's still very early stage to be useful, but there's already promise with the MVP and excited for it 🔥

Richard @choir241.bsky.social · 12/05/2026

Using a local LLM Ollama model to help generate the tailored resume - it was interesting to work with a local LLM model instead of using a API. Building the backend with Python - I want to keep trying to challenge myself to try new things and experiment with my code.

As I was job hunting, I was inspired to build another app to help my job hunt journey. It tailors the inputted resume, takes the company's job description and company name, and generates a tailored resume to the user.

Richard @choir241.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

Implemented csv file export compatability w/ Excel Tested with Google Sheets to ensure cross-compatability for my app Tracklio Added file upload functionality with pdf files for resume used to apply for the respective job Started adding a user profile Strong start to the week 🔥

Probably google oAuth since almost everyone has a google account, reducing as much friction as possible to sign in/sign up to my app
