This is the problem with dems. They are weak and have no strong leader who can unite. They are stuck with their ideology and denial that they lack strength or charisma to lead people to fight against tyranny. Racism and sexism were not the only reason they lost.

I 100% agree young people in the US need to see the world. Lack of cultural exposure is definitely affecting the mind of many Americans. But studying overseas is not cheap, and I’m afraid the access will still be limited to the privileged population.

I planted some sunflowers last year but we got no seeds despite big, beautiful flowers we had. There were no insects including the bees, and not even the yellow birds came by to pollinate them like they used to. 😥

Faucets and valves have plastic parts and seals in between the metal pipes that don’t survive the extreme heat from fire. They melt and we end up with open pipe line that let all the water freely run.

Since those people with low income were likely renting, especially if they were in the trailer park, I suspect they won’t get their space back. Developers will likely change it to a more profitable property, because in their mind, why the poor should have the access to prime beach front property?

Does the temperature “limit” even mean anything? It looks like it’s arbitrary like national debt ceiling. When it reaches the limit, all they do is raise it to the next level while saying it’s bad.

It’s too late. People don’t change their lifestyle of convenience and familiarity until it affects them directly. Even when it gets to them, their solution would be something radical and harmful like scattering particles in the air to block the sun like band-aid on a gaping wound.
