i’ve definitely picked up new habits this year, (tried out fursuit crafting… very fun!), i have been eating healthy and exploring outside more, and i’m on the road to therapy. i think they do help a lot, i’ll consider your words regardless though. thank you!

my workflow is going to be a little sporadic for the time being, ive had anxiety so paralyzing i have not been able to eat. its hard to focus on comms without feeling sick. so sorry! im not sure what’s wrong, it came about super suddenly around two weeks ago. im sure i’ll be okay tho!
