Another nurse while they were fixing up a kid with a bad cracked head…she was holding glue” She tried to laugh it off looking at her hair on the ground still bits of glue through out it

000

Soft sniffles escaped her and she started to nuzzle against her hand unsure why but it felt nice “I didn’t even know she was back in America…She came into the ER with a cut palm and I just…stitched her up…she didn’t recognize me…even thanked me….And then I wasn’t looking and slammed into >>>

100

Out when she called the cops…If they got involved they woulda just put us in foster care…separated up….I chopped off all my hair that night so incase she saw me around town….I haven’t seen her in almost a decade…before yesterday”

100

Wipe her eyes not realizing how long she had been crying now before continuing slowly “I was barely 15 when it happened she got home from work and I was making my brother dinner and…she just started screaming…and swearing and…she couldn’t recognize me at all…I grabbed what I could and snuck >>>

100

“My brothers worked every job they could to get her every therapy short of an actual lobotomy….Eventually she got to a place where…she called me her niece but after my brothers moved out…she had my little brother and…she started getting angry about this…stranger in her home and…” She started to >>>

100

She shook her head trying to figure out how to say the next thing with out sounding worse…or crazy “It was better when my hair was long…at times she could somewhat understand why I was there…eventually it get matted because my brothers were busy with school and couldn’t do it so…I’d have to cut it

100

“No….my mom was about a year after I was born…which wasn’t pleasant by the way she got into a car accident with my Dad and my uncle….me and her were the only survivors. At around a year she couldn’t recognize me…couldn’t understand that I was her daughter and it just…got worse from there”

100

A soft sigh came out of her while she pulled her knees to her chest “Prosopagnosia…fancy term for face blindness it’s when a person can’t recognize people around them generally it’s caused by some kind of neurological trauma”

100

“Ummm maybe? I’m not exactly sure” She looked at her hair on the ground still unsure of it all

100

“Totally not a mental break down….Totally totally not….right?” The fox looked up at the reader hoping they’d say something comforting

“I’ve had long hair for a bit….guess I was so use to getting cuts from….people it is getting long” She started messing with her ends debating something probably stupid

000

“Mmmm nah? I like longer hair…ever since I was a kid I saw it as….” She suddenly got quiet for a second a memory seeming to flash in her yes “Umm it’s just good ya know?”

000

“See! So pretty and it brings out your eyes~ we could do some curls too!”

000

“…..yes absolutely I’m sorry”

000

“Kara how do I say this…ummm look umm Power Girl can pull off the short bob because her….main assets are distracting from her hair”

000

And that’s all she needed really. “Just don’t over fill the water or it’ll short out easy” Her concentration went back to the omelettes moving them to the plate before adding the creamy mixture to the middle of them adding crumbled chips on top as well

000

“You could make the….coffee? Make is on the counter and the cookie jar that looks like a goose is there the coffee is” She casually pointed to the jar across the kitchen from her and the coffee maker next to it. It was old and definitely needed replacing but it did make a good cup of coffee >>>

100

//Exactly what I imagined too

000

“Then I’d say I’m hurt after not being invited to the wedding~” She teased back

000

“Oh…I mean that’s cool and all…kinda hoping you’d confirm Batman,Wonder Woman and Superman too….But huh…You three….thats cute actually”

000

“Oh my gosh are the rumors true…Are all the super hero’s teams secretly in a polycule!?”

100

“You ever read the fanfic about your speedster and his bro Nightwing?”

100

“Mmhmm see this is why my thing was BL the drama! The romance! The obviously closeted men falling for boys a decade younger than them! This is why there’s so much fanfic about your little hero’s too”

100

“I think you’d look like an 80s house wife trying to put the spark back in her marriage”

000

She hummed softly grabbing two plates and a bowl from the pantry “Really showed off your flexibility last night and that was before we got back here~” Another tease before she opened a can of wet food and added some red flakes before giving a low whistle making the cat come out of her room

100

“Well you trusted me last night~ and we found out it takes only 2 margaritas to make you do a strip tease that would rival Magic Mike” She started to stir up the eggs and put it on low heat before grabbing a bag of patato chips and sour cream from the fridge along with a clean bowl >>>

200

“Are you thinking of cutting your hair again? I told you that girl only said that because she was hitting on you!”

100

“But look at his tummy! It’s the the size of a grapefruit”

“….Dont quote anime you haven’t watched! Fucking Poser! I swear…I proudly spent my teen years watching every Boys Love Anime I could!”

100

“My vote is for Grapefruit”

“Mmm by the feel of it I think you’ll be able to show me how good you are…all night” Her hand slowly brushed along her bulge for a few moments before pulling back fully with a grin

“Cuase you wanna show me how much of a good girl you are honey~ And I’m sure you have….a lot to show me” Her hand moved down her hips slowly moving between her thighs up up

Isabel Murphy @poetessisabel.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

“Ooof never say that Spidey~ Coulda made you a garbage omelette if I was too inclined” A soft grin came on her features while she started whipping a few eggs adding some spices and a bit of milk to make them fluffier. After heating up the skillet with butter she poured half twisting the pan
