Today is a momentous day for the workers of Arena! After months of planning, waiting and organizing, our dream is finally a reality; the votes have been counted, and our union of UWOTC-CWA has been officially elected. From this day forward, we have a union!

I actually sent them an email about this because I've spent a lot of money there over the years and I wanted them to know why I won't be doing it in the future. SEO is weak shit and more writers should be speaking up about it.

More like UncoolStuffInc if you ask me. I won't be supporting them moving forward.

I was a union employee at a large company for over a decade and I became a union representative because I care about my fellow workers. UWOTC-CWA has my full support.

It's more that I don't know of anything in Ohio that I ever want to go see than anything else.

010

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 15/05/2026

I lived in the Poconos, but we went to every other state that touches Pennsylvania during that time. I've also been to every state that touches Ohio.

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 15/05/2026

I've literally never been to Ohio and I lived in Pennsylvania for over a decade.

Underworld Breach as a Regrowth in nongreen decks in lower power levels is pretty legit.

Slightly increase a band HEAVIER LOAD

Album artwork by Johan Holm for Heavy Load's album Stronger Than Evil, released in 1983. A warrior is shown on a snowy battlefield with defeated enemies and a burning castle in the distance.

Hey @cirithungolband.bsky.social One Foot in Hell came out almost 40 years ago. Can you please talk Metal Blade Records into doing a deluxe reissue like the other albums? 🙌

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 30/04/2026

Hope you're doing good. I haven't been online much lately so I'm not super caught up on stuff.

Tezzeret is colorless now so his Reality Fracture version might be 5C lmao

Somebody needs to check on @defiantmartyr.bsky.social since the first artwork for the mono-white Liliana from Reality Fracture was shown.

This is why I plan to build a lot of decks but wind up building one or two per year.

What are the strongest new cards from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Commander? Continue? seems like a really good one, but I wanted to make sure that I'm not missing anything.

Continue?

I'm not really familiar with Fallout and I've never seen the TV series, but I really want to build a deck with Lucy MacLean, Positively Armed as my commander. She lets you do some really interesting things.

Golden Rule - Whenever a token enters, you may have target player other than its controller create a token that’s a copy of it, then you draw a card if an opponent created a token this way. Do this only once each turn.

Thinking of you. Remember that you're awesome.

000

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

It absolutely is. The two cards stand back to back in their respective art.

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

This is part of why I think they need to do a better job illustrating how intent and efficiency can make a deck unsuitable for a certain Bracket even without Game Changers and people need to realize that throwing out a Bracket number and nothing else is just the new version of "My deck is a 7"

120

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

I don't think Teferi's Protection should be a Game Changer but it's the best version of that effect. I also don't totally agree with the Bracket system's execution, even though I think it has potential. You're right that you can make a deck better suited for a higher Bracket without Game Changers.

Food poisoning sucks. I can only assume the movie does too since a bunch of people I know are saying the same thing about it.

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

There's still time to do that 2025 Wrapped you wanted to do if you have time tomorrow. If not, I will throw something together.

010

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 07/11/2025

I haven't actually seen anyone else's posts but that sucks. I know that it's random but I feel like the rate should be high enough where everyone can get some.

010

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 07/11/2025

First group is nonfoil, second group is foil, and third group is halo foil. I will be trying to trade into a nonfoil Urza's Saga and Wasteland so let me know if you got those ones.

I'm surprised but I managed to buy the Secret Lair within about five minutes once it actually went on sale after the delays.

010

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 03/11/2025

I'm going to try to buy the Secret Lair, but I expect it to go badly. I'm really interested in a few of the cards, but I'm also not going to worry if I miss it since they're just reprints.

Chief @chiefisdeaf.bsky.social · 30/10/2025

This is awesome. Love this for you and her.

I'm not in favor of a hybrid mana rules change in Commander, but I'd accept it if it happens. What I really don't want is a future where hybrid cards are printed way more often and there are so many hybrid cards that are staples that basically every Commander deck plays a significant number of them.
