In the March 18, 2014 Primary Election, there were 226,308 ballots cast for a 16.54% citywide turnout for 1,368,290 active registered voters. - 42,297 Early Voting ballots returned (18.69% of total ballots cast) - 8,903 Vote By Mail ballots returned (3.93% of total ballots cast)

These sites have signage outside the location alerting voters to the bilingual official on site. All Early Voting sites have touchscreen voting machines and audio ballots in 12 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Tagalog, Polish, Gujarati, Urdu, Ukrainian, Arabic, and Russian.
