Meet Abbi, Cain's partner and the second FENRIR Security Officer that shadows Castle during the opening. She has a sweet tooth and will mimic Cain's smoking habits but with a lollipop.

Figured I may as well start posting some concept art/character designs for the series again now that Flip and I have begun work on it once more. The character below is a FENRIR Security Officer known as Cain, one of the two personnel you see accompanying Castle inside the tram during the opening.

Old art repost CL3RK_23 or Clairk and her unique attribute besides unique mix of metal and chameleon features - her trustworthy forearm blades for effective melee strikes during ambush from her hiding spots. #DarkChildren #OC #inkart #darkfantasy

CL23RK, or Clairks for simplicity, a unique chameleon woman with her attributes resembling that of cybernetics. She's looking at her forearm where her primary weapon of choice, her blades, come from.

old art repost. Vild having a really bad morning as he tries to have NORMAL morning coffee. Having to tolerate Avier and his mischief was not on his to-do list, even if he was the one to bring coffee over. #anthro #furry #OC #DarkChildren #oldart #ink

The picture shows Vild, the quoll to the left, and Avier, the aardwolf to the right, standing together. Vild is squeezing his cup of "morning coffee" brought by Avier... While he's wearing his hat and clearly not sharing his sentiment.

When all else bends you to your limit, the one light in your life is why you push past it... Illustration of relationship between Ninkoul and his baby sister Draga #DarkChildren #OCs #furry #anthro #darkfantasy #dragons #art

The little lakuza girl stands front and center of the piece, over the grassy and full of life terrain, the magical artifact's aura glowing over it. Yet the light just barely reaches the sight behind them. Ninkoul, the older brother and a former royal knight, stands tall with his back turned, facing the remnants of a vicious battlefield, his armblades still dripping in blood. Despite Draga still being fully protected, Ninkoul's tail still hovers around her for extra security, ensuring that he remains a meatshield for her.

Repost of old art. First concept art ever of CL3RK_23, one of the members of Avier's group. Unlike most, she has rather unique features akin to a cyborg, bringing forth questions of where she comes from... #DarkChildren #conceptart #OCs #furry #darkfantasy

The very first concept art featuring Clairk, who looks like a cyborg chameleon that has short hair, unlike most chameleons would.

Repost of old art. A break in to steal a new artifact with Avier, Kellie and Clairk. Fun fact: this is where Totem of Oath idea came from! #DarkChildren #inkart #furry #anthro #darkfantasy #heist

Avier (the hyena), Kellie (the cat in between) and Clairk (cyborg chameleon at the back) broke into what looks like a vault to claim an artifact. There is tension of finding a way to disable the alarm on the totem. Clairk is suspecting something in the capsule right behind them...

Royal Knight Ninkoul if he were fully armored for a battlefield. It was fun thinking of details related to both how it would be set around his dragon features and applying the symbolism behind this military rank in Gilarius. #DarkChildren #OC #furry #dragon #darkfantasy

Ninkoul if he were fully armored for the battlefield. A lot of emphasis is put on protecting parts of the body while avoiding restricting wings and legs from swift movement. The armor bears the full symbol of a royal knight unlike his usual chest plate.

A parody animatic of 2022 when I first tried working with Storyboard properly. This was also the early attempt at Astantia gang in action. This is Avier, the carefree outlaw hacker and innovator, with a little girl Sunny vs Vild the wind wielding organized crime detective

"Shattered reality" Trevis is known for being a pharmacist with revoked medical license and intense paranoia, ready to freak out at any noise out of place. Behind what may be an overreaction was a choice that dropped him from respected to hunted... #DarkChildren #OCs #furry #darkfantasy #anthro

Trevis's silhouette on the front of shattered like glass imagery. An imagery of paranoia fuelled by the heart of shattered vial which contained all there could have been at its time.

Old art repost An ink piece of one of the many trips to the ruins Kellie and Ninkoul took... this time with one of the friends Enza who'd be ecstatic to take part in it. ... Let's just say this one did not go according to plan with the traps activating statues with magic.

Enza leaning against the wall has got one of the tiles to get pushed in... activating the statues with magic. Kellie keeps is eyeing the threat while Ninkoul clearly is burying his face in his hand, no doubt questioning how much worse this can get.

Repost of old art. Trevis in his botanic garden. While pharmacy and medicine is his field of expertise, he's obsessed with raising his botanic garden with all sorts of flora. Some of them are even used to brew medicine! Out of all times, Trevis's at his calmest when tending to the plants. #OC

With #TotemofOath complete, here some concept art for late of the comic - the details of the "den". As you can see, I can still be... rather impatient for concept art, but I'm working on changing that. It had a lot more details already figured out by then on the script level. #conceptart #comic

Concept art of the hallway of the "den". Contains left and right side view, an idea for light sources, some details of arcs, statues and patterns and the concept of the flora seen in there.

A very crude detailed idea of the statue's altar. Presented side by side with silhouettes of the statues of "guardians" watching over the bridge to capture the idea of their overall looks.

This please. It doesn't have to be elaborate, just hearing "I like this" or "this is so cute" really is nice and makes my day! I don't know how or why people started thinking it was annoying or insincere to give compliments but it's not. Artists like knowing if people resonate with things we make.

A cover page with a totem with a dragon wrapped around it, placed in a dilapetated ancient place. Instead of the same silhouete, the totem's shadow shows a figure of a creature with tendrils, menacingly looming over it.
